Advanced Fleet Mastery - Bonus Tier bug
General's Command and Admiral's Maneuver have showed for months in my Events. The Bonus Tier is locked despite having both Finalizer & Raddus @ 7 stars. I've missed numerous rewards at this point. I play on iPhone & iPad, I've deleted & re-installed SWGOH on both; issue persists. Thanks
Advance Fleet Mastery Finalizer and Raddus
Despite having both the Finalizer 7* and Raddus 7* along with both capital ship leader Relic 5 or greater, the event continues to be present in the event tab. However, when attempting to play the 7* event, the event reads must have a 7* ship to play battle, which I have both capital ships at the maximum level. There was an update when the punishing one came and ever since both ship events are bugged. They will not go away. please help!Impossible to launch an event
Hi, I had two bugs in one. I tried to access to the event " marchandise de contrebande" which just started today. I tried to simulate the battles but received a note saying not enough simulation tickets or energy' which is odd as I have about 22k tickets and no energy is needed to play these events. Anyways I tried to launch the last battle which I had not won yet. After winning the battle the same note came back and I didn't receive any items. I tried to reboot the game, and the event appears as if I had played all the battles now (as you can see on the pic I sent). It's a pain because I kinda need all the items and ship money I can get. I don't know what to expect reporting this bug to you but I really hope to be able to play the event. Thank you.Mk 3 ship ability materials not drop
Hello. I have an issue with Ship Ability Material Mk3 (blue one) not drop on fleet battles Stage 4. Not low rate but not at all. For three weeks now I got not even one and I spend all my Fleet energy to farm thesr and I only have to wait for weekly mission to earn them. I can't upgrade my ships wothout them. Anyone familiar with this issue?Game froze
My game froze up up on the tutorial wanting me to click on collection, I click on collection and it takes me to the next tutorial to click on a ship and nothing. I've cleared my cache and restarted my phone several times and it just keeps getting stuck on that specific tutorial. Btw I'm level 23. Thank you for any help.Game freezes on ship page tutorial.
Hello! I need help! I have progressed to the point of using ships, however, there is a tutorial I need to go through to continue, however the game will not let me continue on once I get to the ship screen. It wants me to tap on Ashoka’s Starfigher, but it will not let me. From reading the forums this seems like an old problem but I cannot seem to fix it.
Stolen shards of the ship
Literally yesterday I upgraded the ship “Marauder” of the Bad Batch from 4 to 5 stars (65/65 shards queue). But after logging in the game today I noticed that there are against 60/65 shards and the ship turned back to 4 stars! Kindly ask you to solve this issue by upgrading my ship to 6 stars (making amends for your guilt) or turning me back the shards I collected yesterday, so I can upgrade the ship myself!6 days of session expired
Do we have any idea when this is going to be fixed. There's no way they'll give us adequate rewards for everything we all missed. But hey, 6 days and power would be back on anywhere there were storms. Can we get it together already. You're losing players. Step up and fix it
