Journey Guide bug & Ship Bug
I, i've had the mace windu crew bug. I manage to escape from the bug by putting all the ships in favorite instead of the mace windu ship. I can know play the game but everytime i open the game, the bug continues. Since, i manage to start the journey guide by winning the firt R2D2 battles. I want to start also the palpatine Journey and the Yoda journey, i've got all the characters available to start the journey but when i'm clicking the start button, it doesn't work. Can u fix all the bug and reward my patience ? My ally code is 514-792-961 Thanks
Couldn´t access Dark Sovereign event
So, the event was/is scheduled on the 20th every month, but yesterday in my Journey Guide I had the whole day a timer with the description "Starts in XX.XX", but then it disappeared and now I hear from my guildmates, that the event is already over (unfortunately I have no screen). I had no pop-up, no nothing in the event card or in the journey guide, my question is where can I find the event next month, so I can finally get my Leviathan? (I already bought ca. 3 packs of shards before the event, could this broke it to me?) Thank you.
Join Follow of Fleet
I think this ist often explained in the past. Is it please possible to create a section in the Game where Player are aber to define the Join Follow as Order for the fleet. Possibly it is only necessary that the Auto Fight in Defense ist steight using the ships in the follow how they are in the Join Slots. From left to right. Because i am lousing Always because the wrong ship appears first. The semitar shall and the Stack ship comes first.DCs Gone, No Make Good Received
Before this "fix" had to happen, I had a barris cron, a 5s cron, a wordy support l6 cron, and several others I was working on. Now, almost all of my crons are GONE except for 3, the barris cron and 2 others I didn't have before. What's worse is, I have not received any compensation for this loss. No apology message, no mats and reroll materials, not even 3 CWC shards. From my point of view, I have been robbed blind. CG you should have just left the attacker crons alone. This is by far the worst thing you have ever done. This is incompetence, negligence, and a disservice to your player base. You expect us to spend money in your game when you pull stunts like this? Y'all are Kentucky Fried for this. Please do the right thing for once, return my DCs back to me and give me the compensation that was promised. I am not the only one affected by this. UPDATE 19/12. So I decided to quit over a week ago, after 8+ long years and a huge amount of money spent. It wasn't easy, but Im glad I did. I started playing raid shadow legends. While its a complete money sink as well, its actually fun and the developers actually care about their playerbase giving a significant amount of free gifts regularly. My only advice for anyone else making the switch is to be patient. There is so much more fun content than SWGOH and I've experienced ZERO bugs so far (Take notes CG). The reason for my update is to just give any other long term players that are thinking about quitting, the confidence to jump ship. Cut your losses with CG. SWGOH unfortunately feels dead. The ship is sinking and Im glad I made the decision to jump off. _________________________________________________ Long time player here. I estimate I've spent $50k+ (AU) on the game. I love Star Wars, which is what drew me to this game in 2017. I spent money to take Luke to 7 stars. I won't be doing this again as its completely pointless and borderline theft, seeing as we were not adequately informed that our investment in a 7-star Luke will not be given to us until after 90 days. What's more concerning than the boring, slap in the face, greedy recent update, are the constant bugs and the lack of communication with the player base. It truly feels like an insult that they have not responded to any concerns and have completely pay-walled new game modes. They have moved past what the essence of a game is meant to be, first and foremost. FUN. Capital Games is in control of one of the (if not THE) biggest IP's that Disney owns, Star Wars, for the Mobile Gaming platform. Not only has the recent mishandling of their 10 year update left a sour taste in the mouths of all players with Capital Games, but it's also effected how I and others feel about Star Wars as a whole. While there hasn't been any recent Star Wars content through Disney, SWGOH is arguably the biggest product that gives Star Wars fans their Star Wars fix. If I were Disney, I would be taking a huge look into this misuse of their IP, because right now, Capital Games are the joke of their industry. I urge all players....STOP SPENDING MONEY. Frankly, the people at Capital Games do not deserve your money. They have just proved time and time again, they are an amateur gaming development company and should not be in control of producing Star Wars content on the Mobile Gaming platform. How badly does someone have to be at their job to drop the ball this hard? I started out with 6 or 7 Pillars of War DCs and now after this "hotfix" I have 3.... 3! What's worse, I never received the compensation that was promised! Attached to this post are before and after screen shots of my DC collection. I'm glad yall decided to let me keep the barris cron at least. I rolled the barris cron after I took the before screenshot. CG get your act together. B-28 Bomber keeps getting foresight on its own
I am noticing that the B28 bomber keeps getting foresight by itself. It does not have foresight and I attack it and it somehow has foresight. WTF is that? Why do you need to cheat in order to prevent Profundity from countering Levi? This happens randomly at the beginning of the battle all the time! Nothing in it's kit even grants it foresight when attacked. The foresight is NOT being granted by another ship on the team taking a turn. This is happening immediately after I attack and there is NO foresight on the bomber. This should not be happening at all.Profundity NOT getting 10% download rate from No Turning Back Now
I was at 96% download rate and I had used the first ability. It did NOT grant any download % despite it stating that it does in its description! I have been noticing this so many times now that I'm going to get super annoyed if there is no proper testing happening and someone just tells me that it's working as intended. NO IT IS NOT! This is costing me many rounds and I have had enough! It says it grants 10% in the description! Nothing could possibly prevent it from working. Make it work properly!PSA: Refunds
I have been playing for 10 years now. The latest update was a direct message from CG that I am not the player they want as a customer. I have made the easy decision to stop playing the game. I requested a refund for the past year from Apple. I was refunded every purchase for the last 6 months. This is why it is important to never make purchases through the webstore. EA has the worlds worst customer service and they will never give any refunds. If you plan on quitting, make sure to contact IOS store or Google Play store and get a lot of money back on your way out.
