Tinny audio
Description of the issue: The audio in this game is usually excellent, but it got really tinny a couple updates ago. Steps to trigger/reproduce the issue: When launching the game, the audio playing during the initial Skate. logo and the beginning of the "Configuring..." loading screen sounds normal. Then partway through the "Configuring..." loading screen, the audio gets really tinny and stays that way when playing the game. Platform: PC-Steam Troubleshooting steps already performed: Restart the game Restart PC "Verify integrity of game files" from the Steam entry Properties menu. none of the people who talk to you have voices anymore. i’ve got the voice sound all the way up, and vee is set to on. i still get subtitles for what they’re supposed to be saying, but i don’t get to listen to them. my girlfriend tried turning her vee off and back on, but she has no issues. anybody else have this problem? i play on both steam and xbox one.PS4 – Subtitles out of sync with audio during video playback

I wanted to report an issue I’ve been experiencing related to subtitle timing during gameplay, as it has been consistently noticeable and impacts the overall viewing experience. ⸻ Issue Description: There is a noticeable delay between spoken dialogue audio and the on-screen subtitles. Subtitles appear slightly behind the voice audio rather than being synchronised. ⸻ Steps to Reproduce: Launch skate. on PlayStation 4 Enable subtitles in the settings Play any cutscene or dialogue-heavy segment Observe subtitle timing relative to voice audio ⸻ Expected Result: Subtitles should appear in sync with spoken dialogue. ⸻ Actual Result: Subtitles appear delayed compared to the audio. ⸻ Severity: Medium (Does not block gameplay but negatively impacts user experience, particularly for accessibility and longer dialogue sequences.) ⸻ Additional Notes: The delay becomes more noticeable during longer video or dialogue segments Restarting playback does not appear to resolve the issue Issue persists across multiple sessions ⸻ Thank you very much for taking the time to review this report. (Party Spot move Reboot)
Been having issues with my game rebooting and sending me back to my consoles home page when the Skate Party leader does a spot move. This happens during Co-Op challenges at times during the ending load screen after the challenge is over will freeze and then reboot and send me back to my consoles home page. Also been having issues with challenges that have illuminated truck spots not lighting up or recording the trick objectives for these spots during competitions. They will light up for the initial first run. But never illuminate again for any retries unless I completely back out and reenter the objective.? Last but not least. Had a few co-op players trying to communicate with each other and myself earlier today but it seemed like everyone's mics were on the same channel jumbled together!? Haha definitely sounded like a lifeform from another galaxy when everyone tried to talk to one another. Well that's it for now. Going to jump back in and see what else I can get into or report back! Hey everyone wanted to let you know that I just had a complete game meltdown a few minutes ago. I just finished up with my first two official SK8 Real edit clips from two different sessions. Everything seemed to go smooth. Waited till the downloads were completed and then after I exited out of the video editor. It went back to the normal game screen but still had everything on screen from the video editing tools..Screen started flashing. And A Very High Pitch sound distorted out the games music completely to the point that the games sound just shut down. Game screen went into what I call the white rabbit hole of the games inner structure. Then went completely white with a hint of graphic outline of the ocean side it looks like? Funny thing is.. I was center city at the time. So I backed out to my XBox home screen.. went back to resume the game to see if that would reset this issue like it does on others. Well it didn't. My main screen was visible and I could move my curser around the map. But my location beacon was flashing red and the screen was flashing in opposite unisen. So I decided to go back into the video option and the same clip was still there open. I tried to close it several times but it seemed to be stuck on that particular clip of the white rabbit hole. Im trying another trick from my old bag of Beta Tested knowledge to see if I can get this cleared out. I was able to clear the glitch from the main game page and return to normal game play. But for some unknown reason the sound that went out on me prior has still yet to return. My console has sound. But the actual game interface is Dead Quiet. Im rebooting my Smart TV along with the game system, surround sound system and my router. I'll let yous know in a couple minutes what the outcome is. Lol. Oh and by the way.. those two clip edits and a couple screen shots I took from within these edits have completely disappeared from my game and system storage. Like they were never made and or stored. looking forward to seeing if others may have delt or dealing with a similar issues. Till then... After a mission i dont remember what the instructer made me go to the extravert i went there got my stuff after that she made me press the map(on ps5 btw)then when i press it it gets in the bug in a loop which she never stops talking it goes to the map then talks again in a loop game deleted after that installed again the same issue over and over again closed the ps5 again please help!
Bluetooth Audio output stops working when Skate. is loading after launch
Sometimes while gaming I use a Notabrick brand Bluetooth speaker connected to my PC via USB Bluetooth adapter. I am gaming on Steam using Windows 10s latest version. Today I launched the game with my speaker connected with Bluetooth. Game launched to the main menu and audio was playing normally. I initiated Start on the main menu and the game began to load into a server. When the loading icon stated "Configuring", all audio ceased on my system, including the Skate game, and all other applications (Spotify and Discord) I experimented with a second USB Bluetooth adapter, and a SoundCore Bluetooth speaker, and got the same result as before, even with relaunching game, and restarting PC. I concluded that the game is interfering with Bluetooth audio connections.The devs / tech team DONT CARE!
I’ve made post in separate forum threads over TWO months ago (1st regarding the charges SVB) (2nd regarding the missing skate insider rewards) and I’ve not only never gotten a response but they’ve never commented or continued to update us on the situations. Then after 2 months someone else on the tech team not even the original bug poster, claims these issues have been resolved. Just because you fixed the bug DOESNT mean the issues resolved! We’re still MISSING things from play test insider, and the fact I was DOUBLE CHARGED in the in-game shop.
