Settings reset everyday, double product boxes.
Skate Devs, Hey so whenever I relaunch the game in the morning none of my basic settings save and I have to redo my general, audio, and graphic settings over again. It's becoming kinda annoying redoing it although I am getting good at speed running switching them back. Also my product boxes. I had a bug where all my locations reset to 0 a few times, now I have double of each product box and some that are supposed to be LOCKED are appearing unlocked but wont let me buy them. I feel like my account is bugged. Whoever is making the Gullcrest community parks you are a BOSS and I demand this man get a raise. Also randomly crashing daily to a DirectX ERROR
Infinite black screen
Yesterday me and a random were out exploring the isle of grom, my game bugged out (no issue there) restated the game and after being greeted with the NikeSB event pop up I am stuck in a black screen with what sounds like world ambient audio playing. I have no access to menus, options, anything at all. Just a pure black screen. (Xbox one btw) I've left it to time out, hard reset, cache and game deleting, reinstalling. I have not found a solution, any chance at all you know about this and have a fix?
audio bugged out after export
When in the replay editor the audio sounds fine but after export (in this example) the grind sound effect is dragging well passed leaving the grind and sometimes at the very start of a clip there is a portion of audio that does not belong like a sound effect that comes later in the clip. Attached are two tricks, a normal speed and slow motion of each trick to better understand what im referring to. Its not 100% consistent but I noticed today after exporting a clip the audio from towards the end of the clip overlaps into the very beginning of clip as well as a few frozen frames from that same spot, interestingly enough the audio and frozen frames at the beginning are not from the very end but in this case its when my character bails. Forgive me for not explaining this well, its not easy lol. I exported in both a normal speed and a 4x slow motion and the same issue is in both versions if that helps. Attached are two clips. the full length clip where at the start you can hear the board clanking on the ground as my character bailed which doesn't actually happen until later into the clip and another version I slowed down to 10% to see the frozen frames.
Bluetooth Audio output stops working when Skate. is loading after launch
Sometimes while gaming I use a Notabrick brand Bluetooth speaker connected to my PC via USB Bluetooth adapter. I am gaming on Steam using Windows 10s latest version. Today I launched the game with my speaker connected with Bluetooth. Game launched to the main menu and audio was playing normally. I initiated Start on the main menu and the game began to load into a server. When the loading icon stated "Configuring", all audio ceased on my system, including the Skate game, and all other applications (Spotify and Discord) I experimented with a second USB Bluetooth adapter, and a SoundCore Bluetooth speaker, and got the same result as before, even with relaunching game, and restarting PC. I concluded that the game is interfering with Bluetooth audio connections.

So while everyone else has gotten a full 3 seasons of what I’m hearing is a bad game I’m still sitting here with a perma ban for no reason and still no help. Would love to be able to form my own opinion about this game never thought doing an open beta would make me worthy of such perma bans. You guys are gonna have to go do ur job and find the attachments from my last couple of reports from months ago sick and tired of giving you guys info you already haveTinny audio
Description of the issue: The audio in this game is usually excellent, but it got really tinny a couple updates ago. Steps to trigger/reproduce the issue: When launching the game, the audio playing during the initial Skate. logo and the beginning of the "Configuring..." loading screen sounds normal. Then partway through the "Configuring..." loading screen, the audio gets really tinny and stays that way when playing the game. Platform: PC-Steam Troubleshooting steps already performed: Restart the game Restart PC "Verify integrity of game files" from the Steam entry Properties menu. none of the people who talk to you have voices anymore. i’ve got the voice sound all the way up, and vee is set to on. i still get subtitles for what they’re supposed to be saying, but i don’t get to listen to them. my girlfriend tried turning her vee off and back on, but she has no issues. anybody else have this problem? i play on both steam and xbox one.
