my voice actors are silent

none of the people who talk to you have voices anymore. i’ve got the voice sound all the way up, and vee is set to on. i still get subtitles for what they’re supposed to be saying, but i don’t get to listen to them. my girlfriend tried turning her vee off and back on, but she has no issues.

anybody else have this problem? i play on both steam and xbox one.
