The Sims 3 Store Daily Deal offers a selected store item at a discounted price for one, two or three hours. Many of the items are discounted at 75% off or more. The current Daily Deal list, which was introduced on September 23, 2014 at 12:07 a.m. UTC, includes 977 deals. After the 977th deal ends, the deals begin at Deal 1 again. A full rotation of the list takes 82 days. (See this post for background information about the Daily Deal list.) The first page of this thread has been set up to include the list of the deals, and to include information that was available on the first page of the previous DD threads. To the first time user, this thread contains a lot of information. To help you find the information you are seeking, the first post is a contents list with hyperlinks to posts and threads within the Sims 3 forum to help Simmers own the store or at least as much content as they would like and, to get the most value for their simpoints. The original thread is now closed and relevant information from that thread can be found within this thread. ***** NOTEWORTHY EA App and Store content - EA_Cade has confirmed that all Sims 3 content owned in the web store is compatible with the EA app. See the original post here. EA_Cade also provides a link to download Origin Thin Setup should you want to reinstall Origin. If you are having difficulties downloading store content in the EA app, check out this thread in EA Answers HQ. However, EA_Cade posted in Answers HQ that "This issue should now be resolved with the latest EA app update (please ensure that you are on EA app build 12.115.0.5372 or later). " Merelhyn created a thread to provide simmers with guidelines on purchasing all the sets, compilations and venues available in the Sims 3 Store for the least amount of simpoints. SpiredMoth's Cheapest Paths website provides updates to Merelhyn's guidelines with 2022 costs for the cheapest paths to complete of sets and compilations. Question: Could the World Lucky Palms be added for Black Friday Special?
Hello EA Team, I had a few questions regarding your Black Friday Sale. I wanted to purchase a world in Sims 3 (Lucky Palms) but it's not on the EA App but other worlds are and currently Lucky Palms on the Sims 3 app is titled for $30+ even though other worlds such as Hidden Springs or even the Worlds Bundle is at $9.99. Given that Sims 3 is no longer active and creating new development the focus is more on Sims 4 is there a way that world could be added on the EA App and if there would be a discount for Black Friday? I have also included screenshot to show how Lucky Palms would still charge $20-$30+ when Roaring Heights has a sale for $9.99 or $17.49 on the EA App for Black Friday.
I need help
So, I really wanted to make some worlds with the CAW function in the Sims 3. I went to the store, and I tried registering my games and so on and so forth. Well, I know I registered them like 3 years ago for an older account that I know I have no remembrance of other than its existence. Like no login info or anything. Is there a way I can get back the CD codes or something? Like, I have proof of a legit game. Oddly enough, I got Island Paradise like a year ago, and that registered fine, but the Sims 3 store still says I don't have the Sims 3. Is there another way to connect my game to the store?? Here is proof I have the real game.
A One-Click Option to Download the Entire Sims 3 Store.
Hey Simmers! 👋 I wanted to start a discussion about something I think a lot of long-time Sims 3 players would really appreciate — a simpler, more reliable way to download owned Sims 3 Store content. Right now, even if you own every Store item, world, and set, you still have to download each one individually through the launcher. That can mean thousands of separate downloads, which is tedious and time-consuming. I know there is technically an option to select and download multiple files at once — but it’s buggy and often doesn’t work properly, especially with larger libraries. Many players end up having to go back and re download items one by one after failed attempts. It would be amazing if EA/Maxis could add a “Download All Owned Content” or one-click bulk download option that automatically compiles your purchased items into a single (or a few grouped) package downloads. This would: Save a huge amount of time for players reinstalling or setting up on a new PC. Reduce launcher errors and failed downloads. Lower server strain from repeated individual requests. Be a great quality-of-life update for the community that’s still keeping The Sims 3 alive. The Sims 3 still has a passionate fanbase, and a feature like this would be such a meaningful improvement for everyone who’s supported the Store over the years. What do you all think? Would a true “Download All Owned Content” button make your life easier too?
When is enough actually enough?
Why are the DLCs for a 15 yr old game still $20-$30? that is ridiculous, especially for a game that is no longer getting support, and has bugs out the wazoo. Every other time I launch it, my sims have makeup and clothes on that i didnt select and cant get rid of, sims get stuck in my house foundation, or the dang thing crashes, or the launcher will show all my DLC gone/not installed and i have to go thru all that single object installation again. You already get (not after today tho) a monthly sub fee from me (just to play sims btw), so exactly what about a busted old game makes its DLC worth that much? Just kidding, I already know its just the unquenchable greed of EA, the company that ruins everything it touches. if my loyal patronage of 20+ years is to be rewarded by having every basic aspect of my game monetized with prices so inflated that i end up paying for the game 6000 times over, and STILL DONT OWN IT...well, then i can only refuse to participate further, and hope others wake up to this predatory business practice running amok in the gaming industry as well.
