Problem with digital key
Hi, I have a problem I bought 4 new worlds for TS3. I registered 3 worlds through The Sims 3 Store page. I can't register the 4th world either through The Sims 3 Store page or through the EA site. I don't know what to do in this case. The code still tells me that I have already registered, while I did not register the game before. Thanks in advance for the answers.
Having Trouble Registering Steam Digital Copy of Sims 3
Greetings Simmers, I've been having trouble with trying to register my digital copy of the Sims 3 Base Game from Steam on the Sims 3 Website. When I go to enter the code, it says it's invalid, even though I typed everything correctly. From what I know, it's not been fully used yet. Especially since I even tried registering it days after I got the game, and it still showed as invalid. I did try getting in contact with a live representative, but no problems were really found on my EA account and was told that my problem would be passed along to support. I also have a transcript of the entire conversation, if I am allowed to post that. Is there a way to solve this? The Sims 3 Store Daily Deal offers a selected store item at a discounted price for one, two or three hours. Many of the items are discounted at 75% off or more. The current Daily Deal list, which was introduced on September 23, 2014 at 12:07 a.m. UTC, includes 977 deals. After the 977th deal ends, the deals begin at Deal 1 again. A full rotation of the list takes 82 days. (See this post for background information about the Daily Deal list.) The first page of this thread has been set up to include the list of the deals, and to include information that was available on the first page of the previous DD threads. To the first time user, this thread contains a lot of information. Technical Help installing Roaring Heights.
Hi! Hope everyone is safe and well! :) I was just directed here by EA help & support who said perhaps the Forum Moderator who has more experience could help. I purchased Roaring Heights today on EA. The EA app said I had new in-game content. However, it was not installed in the game. The EA help associate had me go to the Sims 3 site and after I redeemed the code there, I could click it for download, however it would not get passed a 'member login' for the sims 3 launcher. The sims launcher was already logged in fine of course. The EA support person had me change passwords everywhere, but still the 'member login' that popped up from the download would not login like the launcher's own login, the sims 3 site or EA and it's app would.. So I have not been able to get the world package to my machine for the sims 3 package installer to install it. Thank you, any help and guidance, to get it to work would be appreciated!What to buy with 990 sim points?
Hey there, I'm getting back into the Sims 3, and I'm very pleased to see the store isn't closed yet. That said, I have no clue how to download all my points again. I also used to have a file with all the store content, to make clean-up generally easier, is there any reason it wouldn't work? It's been a number of years, and several computers since. Thanks! Special thanks to all who've kept on playing The Sims 3. It truly is a great game.
