Can't Open Any Packs
I opened my rivals rewards this morning 8:30 am (rough time) and upon opening the mega pack I have been unable to open the "unlock 1 player pack" redeemable item contained within this. I originally tried to open this on the companion app before trying on my PS5 (please see images below) This has left me unable to purchase any packs or open any of the packs I have waiting to be opened. My gamertag is RossGibiGibson.
Can’t redeem loan pack
Good evening, I have an issue with my ea account, because I recently opened a pack where I received a loan pack which you have to redeem. Every time I try to redeem it, it comes up with a message saying that there was an issue connecting to the ea servers. I have tried turning the console on and off, but it still doesn’t work, I tried redeeming it on the companion app but still doesn’t work. I have packs in the store that I would like to open so I hope ea could fix this issue in the nearest future. I play on PS 5
Break through Pack bug and Gmeplay on PS5
This is probably rhe worst fifa i can remeber in reagrds to qulaity of game play and bugs/erros. I've built up a 10million coin squad (Most are 1st owners) and they are currently moving like Bronze cards. TOTW Mbappe can't move away from defenders regardless of who it is skill moves unresponsive, pass is so slow. I messaged a content creator yesterday becuase for what appears to be no reason my upload speed is about 8mps. I have Fibre 1GB speeds (upload) minimum 700 even in peak hours. It's apprently a bug. Any advice? They dont even respond to these posts but i guess at least it makes them aware.
