Skate culture
It's very clear that this game was NOT made with skate culture whatsoever. And it's very evident that this game was made for children and the LGBTQ community before anything. Every graphic is pink and rainbow, the art style is beyond childish. You can't even play the game S.K.A.T.E. in the game skate, there's no hall of meat or skate brands in the game. You can't take a culture and re-theme it. Skate culture is dark and grimey, and punk esq, are there rainbows and children's tales in military sims? Why are they trying to rebrand skate culture when nothing they added even EXISTS in skate culture. EA flopped AGAIN. AND WILL AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Not to mention the game is basically broken for everybody. Exactly how they killed the need for speed franchise with childish art and a permanently broken game, is exactly what is going to happen with skate. Thanks for nothing EAhedgemont missions disappeared and im stuck on the first city
after tutorial, in the first two missions game told me to go to shop to level up, but the shop wouldnt let me and the few purple missions i had disappeared. after doing a few missions (that i couldnt see in the map) i ranked up and then i could get the lvl 2 box open, (i still have the first box locked) i got the 250 purple credit,my friends had got the 250 in the first level up. Currently im doing the missions with my friends to help them get their game going forward while im stuck at the first city kicking dust. Seems like im ahead of the game always. Hi EA Team, I’m really excited about the new Skate — the mechanics, visuals, and community-driven focus are all great. But I wanted to share a concern (and suggestion) that I believe many players feel strongly about: the need for an offline mode. Right now, requiring a constant internet connection limits when and where we can play. A lot of players have unreliable internet or just want the option to skate solo without worrying about connectivity, servers, or downtime. My suggestion: follow a model like Forza Horizon — where the core game is playable offline, but full online features (like the item shop and multiplayer) remain connected-only. This would allow: Free skate, challenges, and progression to be playable offline. Gear and cosmetics unlocked online to be usable offline. The item shop and community features to stay online-only, which is totally fair. Also — I’m pretty sure a lot of people (myself included) would be willing to pay for offline mode as DLC, if that’s what it takes. It might even help fund development and keep both online and offline communities happy. Please consider making Skate more flexible and accessible for everyone. Even a paid offline option would go a long way toward making the game more player-friendly and future-proof Skate needs offline mode. Let us play free skate/challenges offline with gear we unlock online. Item shop can stay online-only. Many of us would even pay for offline mode as DLC. Please consider it! "Failure To Launch" Error
Hey guys, Does anyone have a work around cof fhe failire to launch gamd error from the EA App? I've playing the game for weeks without issue but now I can't get in at all since the early access release. Any help would go a long way. PC Specs are miles above the recommended, Drivers are up to date, ran as admin, verified files, reinstalled, internet speed is 1GB per second.Theres nothing to do?
Why keep asking for feedback when you’ve listened to nothing that literally EVERY player has been begging for for years? You can’t even progress at your own pace, you finish all the boring easy challenges and have to wait for them to refresh the next day! Into the same soulless boring challenges on repeat! No story mode, fine. Didn’t listen to what anyone wanted and gave us an AI bot instead of pros, fine. But where are the game modes? Where is hall of meat? Where is skate? Where are death races? Where are any of the online MODES? Where is the mega park at lesst? Also regarding customisation why can’t we even get jewellery, tattoos, decide how to wear hats & hoods etc. everything we had on old skate games. The actual gameplay and physics is great but EVERYTHING IS MISSING!! Sorry but we waited 15 years for this game, this feels unacceptable.Cannot get on boat again. Help**
I was able to complete training and get on the boat to leave the island you train on and head to the city. I got to explore the city and the skate shop. Then the game kicked me out. After restarting the game I cannot go back to the city. I don’t even see the icon. I tried everything from restarting to jumping in the water. I believe I am stuck because I last used the session marker on the training island. So It always takes me to the island when I restart. EA what do I do??
INDIVIDUAL Customization for Wheels and Trucks!
First, I have to say I'm hyped about EA's new skateboarding game. Seeing it all come to life is a childhood dream come true all over again! While I was imagining the tricks and customization of my skater, an idea came to me that I think would take customization to another level: the option to customize each wheel and truck individually. Imagine the creative potential: For the Wheels: We could create unique setups, with two wheels of one color and the other two of another, or even create a color gradient. It would be an incredible way to make our skateboard truly unique and personal. For the Trucks: The same logic! How about trucks of different colors on each side? Or matching the truck color to the grip tape or shoe color? The details make all the difference. Just as we can customize shoes, decks, and other parts individually, having this level of control over the wheels and trucks would be amazing for everyone's creative expression. I know it may seem like a small detail, but for us customization fans, it would be an absolute game-changer. The community is already creating incredible designs, and this tool would give them even more tools to do so. Who else would love to see this option in the game? Give us a "+1," comment, or share ideas for designs you'd create if this feature existed! Let's show EA how much the community wants it!
