AI Pilots could help solve Titanfall 2 matchmaking problem
I've recently started playing Titanfall 2 multiplayer again after not touching it for a long time, and honestly, I'm amazed by how good this game still feels. The movement, gunplay, Titans and overall gameplay are still incredible. However, there's one problem that makes it difficult to actually enjoy the multiplayer consistently: finding enough players. This got me thinking about AI pilots Titanfall 2 already has ai grunts and spectres, and the game is built around having ai units fighting alongside real players. Meanwhile, apex legends has shown that Respawn can create ai opponents capable of using vertical movement, flanking, throwing grenades and generally behaving much more like actual players. What if AI pilots could be used to fill empty slots in Titanfall 2 multiplayer? They wouldn't have to replace real players. They could simply fill empty slots when there aren't enough players available, and be replaced by real players as they join. For example, an Attrition match could still have 6 real players per team when enough people are online. But if matchmaking only finds 3 players per team, the remaining slots could be filled by AI pilots instead of leaving everyone waiting in an empty lobby. Different difficulty levels could also make this work for different players. Even relatively simple AI Pilots would probably be better than having no match at all, while higher difficulty could make them use wall-running, flanking, grenades and other Pilot mechanics more effectively. It could help break the cycle of: Low player population -> long matchmaking times-> players leave->even fewer players. I'd personally rather play a match with a mix of real players and AI pilots than sit in matchmaking waiting for enough people to join. Titanfall 2 is still an incredible game. It would be great if there was a way for people to actually play its multiplayer without needing a large active player population at the exact same time. Just a thought from someone who recently rediscovered the game and is having an absolute blast with it.

Titanfall 2 is my favorite game ever. I’ve played the story 4 times, I play multiplayer everyday, but I keep finding myself asking one question. Why? The game might be cancelled or whatever but the community is far from gone. Apex legends is a good game. But it will never be Titanfall, and I think a lot of Titanfall lovers hate apex. Why would they add an Easter egg talking about some BT is still alive just to throw it away. When does it stop being about the money and starts being about the community. I’m so mad. freak you EA oh also anyone know how I can play Titanfall 1 on pc?EA and Respawn Will you respond to the Indie Game Empulse with Titanfall 3?
Hi EA and Respawn, I just want to know if you will respond to the new game Empulse which has most of Titanfall 2’s game mechanics in it. Also will that new game take away players from Apex? The last question I have is will Empulse spark Titanfall 3’s development? Do you have any plans for Titanfall 2’s 10th anniversary? Maybe a new Titanfall game, remaster of Titanfall 2 or 1, add a Titan battle royal for a couple weeks for Apex or just cosmetics for Apex?Cross-Play
I think Titanfall 2 should have been cross play so long ago, if they bring it back now, though, it could potentially spike their game and bring it back. It will also give players a chance to play with friends that have another console. By the way, I’m talking like a PS to Xbox cross play. PC would be fine, but I feel like there would be too many sweats. But if anything, bring it for everything.Titanfall2 doesn't save at all
Every time i leave the game and rejoin, it deletes the entirety of my progress, nothing is saved except for the steam achievements i got when playing it for the first 60 minutes. Everytime i die, even after it says checkpoint, i restart at the starting cutscene of chapter 1. I tried basically everything i could find, validating file integrity, checking my antivirus if the file was blocked(it wasn't), doing tomfoolery with my game files moving it from disc to disc, trying to do something with the documents. No nothing works, i reinstalled the game nothing, what can i do with this?Titanfall... Unanse por el 3!!!

**bleep** I want this game Why haven't EA put this into production yet it's honestly sad. It's one of the most hyped games of all time and EA haven't said a word about it. There was a VICE article that said the game is in post-production and is ready to play but i don't believe that **bleep**. If the game was really being made EA would make sure people know and they would be getting that bank. It's honestly a bad decision from them because they would make so much money from it and the Titanfall fanbase is still huge. I know there's a lot of people out there who agree with me and i hope someone at EA sees this.
