New Card Idee
EA FC 27 – New Promo Idea: WHAT IF? Hey everyone, I had an idea for a new Ultimate Team promo called “WHAT IF?” The idea is to give special cards to players who had insane potential but never fully reached it because of injuries, career decisions or other setbacks. Basically, what if these players had reached their absolute peak? Here are 10 examples: 🇧🇷 Neymar 🇧🇪 Eden Hazard 🇫🇷 Paul Pogba 🇩🇪 Marco Reus 🇪🇸 Ansu Fati 🇧🇷 Alexandre Pato 🇫🇷 Nabil Fekir 🇮🇹 Mario Balotelli 🏴 Jack Wilshere 🇹🇷 Emre Mor I think this could be a really fun promo, especially with unique card designs and boosted stats showing what these players could have become. Obviously, EA would need the rights to use these players. What do you guys think? Would you like to see something like this in FC 27? And which players would you add?Gallery in the Companion App
Does anyone know if there are any plans to integrate the gallery into the companion app? It seems like the app is the perfect place to be able to manage your gallery, as you would be able to do it in between sessions, and the current method of having to flick between each individual team/category to regrade is a bit tedious/long. Not speaking for everyone, but I work full time and have an 8 month old son, so the time I do get to play (when he's asleep 😂) is just about enough to do squad battles, rivals, and whatever objectives are out. Also, a gallery icon (similar to the untradeable icon) would be nice, so I know what I'm missing when I'm in the transfer market. If this is already a thing, someone please let me know. Come on EA, help a brother out 🤙Feedback on ultimate team
Sorry I am adding to my last point I have no idea if EA actually read these but with how hard it is to pack promos amazing ! It is like being back in the good old days - just please slow the power curve down like you have done now don’t ruin the game like you did with fc 26 I left after TOTY that is the first fifa since fifa 14 I did that it was awful and just too much - but now it actually feels special packing a promo player which I enjoy also I am loving the SBCS right now you have hit the nail on the head just don’t start adding loads of playstyle plus’ on every player and all the other stuff it become not enjoyable The hall of FUT cards aswell amazing job I do with you added a few others from the old fifa but that David luiz top top - loving the gallery aswell I do really enjoy the slow build which is fun I actually feel like I am playing ultimate team with the trading the grind etc it is fun so far the market aswell is in a good place holds are actually holding their value aswell just ye ! right now the game ik has some issues but best fc since fifa 21 in my opinion so far just please keep this up - loving it i know that is a unpopular opinion but I don’t care I will tell the truth loving it so far keep it up EA !Gallery set tokens
Is anyone else having the same issue where you submit a team that is for example a B grade then only receive tokens for levels C and D despite have completing the requirements to receive B grade level tokens? I experienced this whilst completing Team of the week gallery set for a B grade to unlock 50 tokens overall from D-B, which I need to get Richard’s for 500 tokens.Broken Promises: Season 1 Rewards Break the Power Curve
The Evolution of Rewards vs. Game Balance: To give credit where it's due, the overall pace of Evolutions and the general reward distribution at the start of the game have felt quite solid and acceptable. However, looking at the actual Season One Champions Rewards shatters the foundation of a healthy, gradual power curve. The Store Dilemma & Pack Inflation: In the golden era of Ultimate Team, Store Promos were a rare treat. Packs contained far less than they do today, yet the community celebrated them. Because the game's overall pace was slower and top-tier cards were genuinely rare, opening a promo pack felt meaningful. Today, however, the Store has become an aggressive, non-stop content machine that stays active 24/7, ultimately killing the magic of pack openings. SBC Upgrade Overload in Month One: It makes zero sense to introduce multiple upgrade SBC options simultaneously within the very first month of the game (such as running both 3x 79+ and 5x 80+ upgrades side-by-side). This artificially accelerates the power curve. Combined with the classic Gold Upgrade and the new Gold Re-Roll available year-round serving the exact same purpose, this redundancy clutters the menu and disrupts early-game progression balance. The Death of Classic Packs & Artificial Upgrades: This saturation has rendered the game’s legendary packs obsolete. Lightning Rounds have lost their significance because promo packs are constantly available, leading to the extinction of classic packs. The iconic 50k, 100k, and 125k packs—once the absolute pinnacle of pack openings—have practically disappeared from relevance. In their place, EA has introduced packs with artificially inflated "guaranteed ratings," such as the (83+ x10) packs. Historically, these absurdly powerful packs were strictly reserved for "Futties"—the end-of-game celebration in July and August. Injecting them into the game's early lifecycle destroys the organic grind and makes packing a high-rated player feel cheap, fake, and unrewarding. The Gallery Progression Break & Power Curve Collapse: Naturally, all of the above led to the first major fracture in the power curve roadmap. Players are currently reaching drastically advanced levels in the Gallery system, entirely contradicting developer projections. While the intended schedule anticipated players reaching Level 10 around Season 3, a significant portion of the player base has already unlocked Level 10, with many pushing straight into **Level 12 and Level 13 and Level 15** within the opening weeks This completely cuts short the lifecycle and viability of standard Gold cards, as users redeem tokens for high-end items far too early, ultimately triggering the exact same premature "game-dead" cycle witnessed year after year. The Underlying Business & Retention Flaw: This endless stream of packs accelerates the power curve against the developer's intentions. The company remains overprotective of FIFA Points revenue, fearing the risk of scaling back promo packs. Ironically, reducing them would likely increase sales as veteran (OG) players return in droves. While annual game sales rise, these numbers fail to reflect true player retention: many purchase the game only to find the exact same legacy issues persisting, leading them to quit early or play significantly less—unlike the past when engagement and genuine passion thrived. Conclusion: While early game progression and Evolutions have their bright spots, pacing high-end content needs far more restraint to keep the Ultimate Team journey engaging and balanced throughout the year. I have spoken about this topic more than once, from FC 26 right up to the present day in FC 27. Hello, I subscribed to EA Play Pro and logged into FC 27, but I only received the Premium Season Pass; I did not receive the 2,000 Points or the Icon Pack (on PlayStation 5). I would like to receive the Points and the Icon Pack on my PlayStation 5 (I have not opened the Icon Pack on PC, nor have I spent any Points).16Views0likes0CommentsFc 27
Title: FC 27 Is Extremely Disappointing – We Paid Full Price for This? I honestly don’t understand how FC 27 was released in this state. We paid full price for this game expecting a better football experience, but instead we got a game that is incredibly frustrating and, at times, simply not enjoyable to play. The gameplay feels inconsistent, player reactions are terrible, and there are far too many moments where the game seems to work against the player rather than rewarding good football. This isn’t about losing matches. Losing is part of the game. The problem is that the gameplay itself often feels unresponsive, inconsistent and frustrating. We paid our hard-earned money for this game. We shouldn’t have to feel like we were punished for buying it. EA, please actually listen to your players. Take the feedback seriously, fix the gameplay issues and give us the football game we paid for. We paid for FC 27 — not for endless frustration.46Views4likes1Comment
