Hard Mode Prompt and Pointing Hand Soft Lock
I currently play on iPhone 15 and I have this bug where the game very frequently gives me the notification that I unlocked hard mode for standard battles when I'm on the game's main menu. I've been at max level for a long time so I know I shouldn't be getting this. It forces me to go to a Light/Dark Side battle and once I'm on the "Select Ally" screen I can back out of it. Or if I don't have enough Energy to actually start a battle, I'll just simply go as far as getting the notification to purchase more Energy with Crystals and then I can go back. It doesn't show up every single time I go to the main menu but does very often. I can still access other modes and challenges easily enough that I can still complete my daily activities. Another bug I have is whenever I'm on the UI to select characters for a squad to start a battle in any mode, there is a hand pointing a finger at the button to begin a battle but it completely overrides any other action I can do on that screen. I can't select characters, set any filters, or even tap the home icon to go back to the main menu. In other words it completely soft locks me on that screen and the only way to get out of it is to restart the game entirely. The only way I can start a battle from that UI is if it shows the last squad I used for that mode already on the screen and ready to go (for example Squad Arena or Galactic War). That's where I'm lucky that when I go to do a Squad Arena battle, it has the last squad preset that I used in that mode on that UI so that's the only reason I can still easily play in that mode (same with Fleet Arena) and still complete my daily activities. The modes where this bug is affecting me the most are Grand Arena, and Territory Wars. And since both of those modes require you to participate in order to get the rewards, I'm being forced to miss getting those rewards because of the bug preventing me from even being able to do any battles in those modes at all. I've made sure my game has the latest version installed, and I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game completely and neither of those methods fixed any of these issues. Purchase lag causing unwanted purchases
The 2-clicks required to purchase results in a sort of pattern of clicks that becomes automatic. I click-1 to select and then click-2 to Buy. Click-click; click-click; etc. However, on occasion, after I click-1 to select and move the mouse toward the center of the screen to click-2 for "Buy", the mouse will very-late pick up some unwanted item as I pass over it. For example, I just now clicked on Mk 4 SoroSuub Keypad Salvage, moved to the center to click "Buy" and as I clicked "Buy" I noticed far too late that it somehow had selected 32 shards of Morgan Elsbeth for 1280 crystals. I've had her for a long time now and have zero need of her; but I surely need those crystals that I have worked hard to save. It feels like a bait-and-switch; offer up an unwanted thing right as I click "Buy". Please fix!!!!! This is the second time I'm reporting this. Ally Code: 897161767
Possibly useful information about the freezing issues
We came across another case of the game engine freezing so I thought I would report it in, just in case it’s useful for figuring out the root cause. In this battle it was Wampa vs. General Grevious, and after Wampa defeated Magnaguard the attached screenshot shows the resulting freeze. The key thing is that Magnaguard is on the turn order tracker, yet he is dead. Hope you can find the issue and squash that bug soonLaggy UI on PC
The UI start to feel laggy, sometimes when I move the mouse fast enough when buying items in the store, the mouse isn't registering where I clicked (press then release). Click on a item to buy in the store (an item on the side of the store prefered ). Move the mouse to where the confirmation button should be before the confirmation screen appears. The items displayed is not the item clicked but the item where the cursor end after moving it. Since I'm doing this like muscle memory in the "Featured Shipment" with credits, sometimes I'm buy ing fragments I don't need and loosing cristal.
Gifting Issues/ Shop not available
I'm trying to gift a guild mate, ally code: 778922439, the Captain Ithano Bundle 2. It says my friend is ineligible. I know they are at Level 85 have 4+mil gp and are over 18 years of age (I know them irl). Is this some thing we need to fix in their settings or is this a glitch in the system? Their 18th birthday was in March and the system should have automatically ticked to the adult version of the shop because their birthday is correct in the system. What should we do to correct this oversight? Subject: GAC Fight Submission Bug – No Buttons, Timer at 0:00 During my recent Grand Arena Championship (GAC) match, the interface completely broke — the action buttons disappeared, the timer hit 0:00, and I had no way to submit the battle. As shown in the attached screenshots, I was left stuck at the end of the fight with no resolution. This kind of bug seriously hurts the competitive experience. I play GAC seriously and a technical issue like this could easily result in a loss I didn’t earn. It’s frustrating and unfair, especially considering how much time and strategy goes into each match. Please look into this and fix the issue. Consistency and reliability are essential for competitive players, and situations like this really undermine confidence in the mode. Thanks for your attention to this. This issue frequently occurs when battling Galactic Legend Ahsoka. I’m not sure why it happens, but these are the two matchups where it's happened to me multiple times. It significantly impacts the gameplay experience, and I genuinely believe this needs to be addressed and fixed as soon as possible.
