New shards Purchase Bug
This happened before and I just went in game I brought the pack but I love the kessel run too much to sacrifice giving apple extra . Please what can I do. It won’t even work on other platforms or devices, browsers. I’ve done everything in my power to mitigate the issue. When placing defences for Territory Wars, I have a repeatable crash on the PC client. Every war I place my Kelleran Beq lead team in the central defence zone, and after selecting the 5 members of the squad, I open Kelleran's unit preview to check his mods, and then use the tab arrows to attempt to switch through the team. Without fail, whenever attempting to switch between Kelleran in the lead and Shaak Tii in the second unit position, the PC client begins loading infinitely. The name of the unit at the top switches, but the visuals stay the same (image attached). This forces me to forcibly restart the SWGOH application to exit out. This occurs when tabbing from Kelleran to Shaak, or from Shaak to Kelleran.GLAT Ultimate Phase 1 - Crashing Conquest
When in Conquest using the first stage of GLAT's Ult causes her character to disappear as well as bug out the UI causing the game to become unplayable and wasting energy/attempts on nodes. Issue occurs on both Android as well as PC App, assuming but not proven to occur on IOS. User Comments: Something about the swapping of character models is causing the game to bug out when using the ult. There are some cases where the battle continues to be playable until it eventually fully fails per screenshot. Ahsoka was still attacking, targetable, and giving buffs for a brief period of time. Also note the Bo Katan which should be counted as defeated and removed from play but is still on screen and targetable.Unable to claim daily rewards
I was unable to claim my daily rewards about 5 minutes before the daily reset. It kept telling me the rewards were already auto claimed and I would receive them in my inbox, but I still had a few minutes in the day and was unable to claim the "complete all" chest thing with crystals and kyros. Screenshot below shows message. Timer on reset in top left corner. I had already restarted my app to see if that would help so it went from about 5 minutes to 3 149-225-331 ally codeAttack buttons dissapear again.
Did a grand arena battle with wampa against grievous. The moment magnaguard died, the attack buttons dissapeared. This is likely the same issue that occurs when darktrooper is attacked by a swarm attack and loses multiple stacks, just that this time it happend with magmatrooper and wampa counter attacking during magma troopers bonus turn. Please fix this finally, ive already submitted a bug report about this almost a year ago, and I was told that it was fixed. Ive explained this exact scenario and I still see many people complaining about this bug and it costing them the grand arena.Journey Guide Start Battle Glitch
I was going to replay through the Beskar Mando stuff (I find it fun sometimes), and I noticed that I couldn't start the battle when I pressed the button. I tried a different one (can't remember) and it didn't work too. Just did it again a few minutes ago trying to give the last battle for the Padme one a shot and it still didn't work. I don't know if it is preventing other battles too, but it sure is annoying.
