GLAT Battle Turn Progression
The GLAT issue is still an issue To me, it seems to be happening when turn meter is being manipulated. Twice now in TW I have had the issue happen under the exact same circumstances. My attack team composition was Leia, R2, Drogan, Raddus, and Jyn. The defense was GL Ahsoka, Ezra Exile, Padawan Sabine, Huyang, and Gen. Syndulla. After GLAT reached her first ultimate, which was very quickly due to a +25% TM datacron, I attempted to use Jyn's first special to give 100% TM to Drogan. However, even though Jyn's turn "completed" and Drogan showed as having a full turn meter bar, it never actually moved to his turn. I took a screenshot of the turn meter list as well In another instance, I'm sure that Leia had been staggered and the stagger was triggered (removing Leia's turn meter) which also lead to the issue. It really seems like turn meter manipulation after GLAT reaches ult is causing a problem
G13 Characters show inaccurate shard count to others
It seems with the recent update (TU 37.2 iirc) when shard count for G13 non-7-star units was added, it was added to both the player view-self and player view-other menus, as seen in the attached screenshot. I have verified this bug on PC and iOS. To replicate this simply find an account with a unit that is G13 but not 7 star, and then view them through the ally/guild-member/GAC menus. On October 18th, 2025 between 9:30 and 10 pm CST I spent 504 Cantina Energy to start getting my Disguised Clone Trooper up to 7 starts. Before simming the node I had 29/30 shards for the character. I simmed all those 504 cantina energy (I usually do it in batches of 8-10 sims at a time...just because...idk). Each time I simmed it showed I got a few shards, the final total of which I'm not sure because when I checked how many shards I actually pulled with that energy it still showed 29/30!!! I immediately put in a helpdesk ticket, given my information to at least three different representatives so far and the latest request was for me to provide screenshots and logs of my daily cantina energy usage leading up to the incident. REALLY! How many of you out there keep daily logs and screenshots of your energy usage. I'm guessing ZERO. UPDATE: Sixth different person has been in touch with no solution. Why can’t someone just look up my activity on that date and time for my ally code??2nd bug… sorry CG! Logging in issue
After completing the second to last daily activity, I open up the web store to collect the mission rewards and the web store bonus box (wait is that the name?), which you get for free. Afterwards I return to the game and as expected the game requires me to reload the game. After this I finish up the last daily challenge (600 energy challenge) and attempt to return to my Quests. When it loads the screen it reports there was an issue and requires me to reload the game, which after doing the same thing occurs. So, in the end, I have to close the app and open it again. I was wondering if we could also figure this out, so I don’t have to close the app each time. Sorry for the 2 bugs-in-one-day CG!
Winning Conquest battles with Brutus feat does not log properly
This is found in Normal conquest in Sector 1. The feat for winning battles with Brutus in your squad is not logging properly, likely due to a discrepancy in feat description and winning objective. Brutus needs to survive the battle om order for the feat to log, however the description does not specify that he needs to survive.
Unable to access Squad Arena
When I select Arena Battle to try and get to my dailies for Squad Arena, I get a popup saying: "Event Complete Grand Arena rewards will be sent to your inbox when the final round results are received." When I click on the OK button to close it, I'm taken to the Grand Arena review screen with no way to actually get to the Arena Battle screen to do anything. Each time I try, it loops back to the same thing and never let's me get to where I can select Squad Arena. I've already gotten the results and rewards in my inbox for this round, but with the popup loop, I can't get in to do anything.
