Bug: Conquest missing abilities
Hello, I have a problem in Conguest when I fight on Separatist teams with Dooku as the leader or Pirate teams with Captain Ithano during the fight or at the beginning of the fight, my character ABILITIES disappear and I can't do anything, including now in TB I had an issue with the SLKR vs NS team, my abilities disappeared and I had to exit the game because I had nothing else to do.Ability Icons not appearing in battle
Since the latest update, I have had a couple of battles where I go into them, the enemy's take their turns, it gets round to my turn and none of the ability icons are showing up, putting it on Auto also doesn't fix this. So I am having to forfeit the battle, the first time this happened it wasn't an issue as it was in the journey guide so I just quit and restart, But the second time, it was in conquest, so I have lost the 20 energy and have nothing to show for it.
ROTE Causing Unity Crash on PC Client (Windows 11 Pro)
Hello Support Team, I am encountering a fully reproducible crash on the PC client when attempting to access Rise of the Empire (ROTE) in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. Detailed Issue Description: Each time I attempt to open ROTE—either via the main event icon or through the Guild menu—the game does not load the Territory Battle. Instead, a Unity loading window appears displaying: “Heroes - Unity 2022.3.62f2_7670c08855a9” The loading bar begins but does not complete. The application then automatically closes to desktop without any error message. I am not manually closing the program—the crash happens on its own. This issue occurs 100% of the time when accessing ROTE and is fully reproducible. System Information: Platform: Official PC Client Operating System: Windows 11 Pro Player Name: DragonDao Ally Code: 458-258-275 Troubleshooting Performed: Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the PC client multiple times Restarted the system Attempted access through both navigation paths (event icon and Guild menu) Confirmed Windows 11 Pro is fully updated The issue persists after clean reinstalls, which suggests this may not be a standard installation corruption. Request: Could you please: Confirm whether this is a known issue with the PC client? Review my account logs for failed ROTE initialization attempts? Advise if there are specific Unity cache or local data folders that should be manually removed beyond a standard uninstall?
