When the Tusken warrior was released she had a sound to the ''Tusken charge'' ability. Now the sound doens't play anymore and is a bug that is overlooked. She also had a sound that played when you selected her and she spun her gaffi stick, which now has no sound at all. Okay, so this is probably the 24th time I've had to explain myself and what the issue is.. You guys are my last resort, literally. PLEASE HELP!! I've been getting a Pending Transaction error inside the game/app whenever I try to purchase something via mobile in the store that costs real money. The error says (screenshot attached): "Transaction Pending. Currently processing some transaction. Please try again later. You have not been charged." This error has been happening on and off for months now and I've opened dozens of tickets on it. Matter of fact, I just got bounced YET AGAIN back and forth between Google support and EA support. EA support told me to go to Google, then Google told me only EA can fix it. Literally no one will help me and I'm about to explode. I have followed ALL articles and suggestions given to me. I have: dumped cache/data, uninstalled/reinstalled, updated game/app versions (both GooglePlay and StarWars: Galaxy of Heroes), updated Android OS, logged out/back in, checked my payment settings, date/time settings, and much more. Recently, I've been speaking with support multiple times in-game and they informed me to either WAIT for it to disappear or speak with GooglePlay support. I just spoke to Google support for the second time and they have also told me that it's the developer/game that I need to work with to get this resolved. I have now missed multiple deals, discounts, and offers during this fiasco. If I have to go back to in-game support and go through this process yet again, I'm going to lose my mind. Literally NO ONE will help me. I am so frustrated at this point. Has ANYONE ran into this inside the game before? How do I resolve this? How can I fix it? I have a Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra with AT&T. I was working through the Journey Quests for the LST for the Inquisitors and completed the "Defeat 100 enemies with Sith" and when I went to work ok the next quest, "Win 20 battles with a full squad of Empire characters", it did not show up in my Journey Quest tab. I tried reloading the game a few times and closed the app for an hour and reloaded again and still the quest has not shown up. I know the Journey Quest expires in November, but I wanted to work towards the LSTs now so I can do other things later. Ill add some screenshots below. Midbattle in a SLKR Mirror Match, after an attack from the enemy SLKR (I think he was in his ultimate, and the ultimate wouldve ended after this attack), the UI for attacking disapppeared. The timer still counted down, but there was nothing I could do. When the timer reached 0:00, still nothing happened. The game stayed in this state. I needed to close the game and restart. After the restart, the battle counted as "given up", even though I killed 4 units. This is very annoying for me. I think, I wouldve won this fight, and it is my only way of beating SLKR. I now cant beat the team, cant beat the corner, and cant beat the back because of it. This will very likely be the cause of losing this GAC. I played on mobile, Android. If there is more information, I can supply, hit me up. Some kind of compensation would be appropriate. Even better of course would be to "reset" the battle, so I could play it out.
