After the start screen, a new user agreement comes up, but there’s no cursor. no controls are allowing me to read or accept anything. Hello, I meet all the requirements for Tier I of the “Jedi Knight Cal Kestis” Hero’s Journey (7 stars, Gear Level XII, specific unit, recommended power exceeded), but the battle remains locked and won’t start. There’s no error message—just a “Battle Locked” button. My character is level 85, all abilities are maxed (except the unique ability, which is at level 7), mods are equipped, and all required conditions are shown as fulfilled (see attached screenshots). My account is connected with the web store, but every time I log in then try to go back to the game, it says “Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been 24 hours since you last logged in.” So I have to restart the game every time, which is mildly irritating. When going to the Residential Worlds menu to pick a town, even though I have the Lovestrick pack installed the town that belongs to it is greyed out and I am unable to play with it. Hello, on 4/9 I purchased the episode pass via Google Play purchase on my Android phone using the SWGOH client from the Play Store. The pass never activated. The pass is no longer available to purchase in the webstore or the in game store on android or pc. In galactic challenge it says to activate pass to get reward, clicking that button attempts to bring me to a purchase page which says I've already got the max number of the item. I do have a confirmed Play transaction with a transaction ID. When I look in my galactic challenge it shows no pass activated. When I attempt to collect rewards, it does not let me. The pass screen shows activated in top right, but a lock icon at start of pass on the left. The game even allowed me to purchase the pass plus for the additional boost/currency (which was delivered) but I can collect none of the rewards on the track. I've now missed out on points in the most recent GC as it is over, I am not awarded points in the current GC. And I can't collect the 20 appo shards (which would put him at 7*) so I am not only losing out on the items on the rewards track, but also on rewards that I can't collect/get back at this point. I can provide email, player id, and transaction ids for this as needed. And have attached some screenshots below. I would appreciate some help here. I've spent 2 days chatting with the EA support team via the support chat and they have not been able to help and have given false information such as the pass rewards aren't available until all of them have been unlocked and that my feedback will be passed along.24Views0likes3CommentsI've bought a package but didn't receive it
Hello, How can I get some help around with package I've purchased but didn't get it? I've opened two in-game chats already after my purchase around 5 DAYS AGO on April 8th. And im going back and forth answering the same questions and then 3 days of silence. I've already provided proof of purchase (email confirmation) and my bank statement that it's been paid. Solving time is ridiculous since this has been Appo package to help me with those dailies. And since I didn't get his shard it feels like I've been robbed of my 30$. Can someone please help me end-to-end? This game chat is ridiculous since for example I don't have access to the devices which I use in work so I have no idea if someone's answering there. No one is answering on my mobile since 3 or 4 days. I will be happy to provide all the details through some emails or private messages or whatsoever. So when I click on another sim to interact in any case the menu needs up to 20 seconds to open. this also happens with the fridge but this is a known issue i guess. I tried too delete almost all of my mods and tried vanilla, but it sill occurse. it seems like it is more likely when an event is happening.
