[Hacker] Exploit (“Blinding” T-Shirt) — Request for Compensation
Hello EA Support / FIFA Team, I am writing to report a possible visual exploit or hack observed during an Online Draft match in FIFA 24 and to request compensation for the incident. Details Issue: Opponent was using an unusually bright / flashing kit that created a severe glare on my screen, to the point that it was physically uncomfortable to look at and caused me eye pain. It looked like an intentional visual exploit rather than a normal in-game kit. Why I’m reporting: This behavior affected my ability to play fairly and caused real discomfort. I suspect this may be an exploit/hack and I would appreciate an investigation. Additional notes I experienced eye strain and discomfort after playing; while I don’t expect medical reimbursement, the match was not a fair competitive experience and I ask for a fair resolution. Je gagne un match 7-0 en fut champions, le match se termine et au moment de toucher les CRÉDITS de fin de match, un message d’erreur s’affiche et je me fait déconnecter. La GROSSE BLAGUE je perds le match et reçoit un message d’avertissement alors que les serveurs EA sont en carton depuis mathusalem. J’espère être dédommagé !Problème pack renfort
J’ai reçu 2 packs renforts dont un issu du DCE TOTW (non échangeable). Et a l’ouverture de ces packs qui je le rappelle sont sensé t’offrir une carte pour te renforcer donc que tu ne possèdes pas !! J’ai obtenu 2 fois sur les 2 packs des doublons. J’avais obtenu meité de Rennes TOTW dans un premier pack TOTW 86MAX (non échangeable) en ayant fini les missions fondations. Et j’ai obtenu la même TOTW dans le pack du dce. (voir vidéo) je réclame donc un nouveau pack renfort TOTW et reprenez moi Meité que j’ai en double. Bon, j’arrive pas à charger les vidéos car c’est un .mov donc pas compatible je vais envoyer pleins de screens.Bug marché des transferts FC24
Hello, J'ai récemment changé de plateforme et j'ai obtenu FC24 avec le Xbox Game Pass (version pc). Je joue donc en Ultimate TEam mais pour accèder au marché des transferts je dois réaliser l'objectif des Fondations UT, j'ai tout fait sauf les 20 étoiles en Moments. Je rejoins donc une partie de Moments sauf qu'aucun de mes joueurs n'est présent, il y a que le ballon et impossible de faire venir des joueurs. J'ai déjà essayé avec des autres joueurs, c'est pareils. SI quelqu'un à la solution je suis preneur. De plus, j'ai beaucoup de cartes avec "Not Found" en fond donc je ne vois pas si c'est des TOTY, legende ou autre.
