Incorrect Playoff Rewards
Edit 26/04: There are reports once more of teams not receiving the correct playoff rewards. If you've encountered this issue, please report it in this thread. FYI: If you reply to this thread, please ensure you follow the guidelines below in order to avoid the thread getting locked - https://answers.ea.com/t5/help/faqpage/faq-category-id/faq-user-guidelines Creating this thread to highlight the significant issues that have plagued the Pro Clubs community during this Season's playoffs. Numerous clubs, including ours, have experienced matches not registering for the playoffs, despite being listed in our calendars. Our team alone had 6 matches go uncounted, a problem echoed by many other clubs reporting at least 5+ matches failing to register. Now that the playoffs have finished, we're seeing that playoff rewards are also bugged. Clubs are being awarded for being "0th", and I'm seeing teams who went 20-0 only being awarded the "Participant" rewards, when they should be receiving the top 1% rewards. A quick glance at this forum or a browse through the r/fifaclubs subreddit reveals a multitude of posts underlining these issues. We urgently request an acknowledgment of these issues from EA. The game mode is now all geared towards the playoffs, so if these issues aren't resolved, it's no longer worth playing. Edit: It appears that there are still ongoing issues, now affecting regular league matches. Numerous reports of matches ending in errors and games not being counted. Still no sign of clubs receiving the correct playoff rewards. Edit2: Matches are now counting again but no confirmation regarding playoff rewards as of yet. I will continue to use this thread in an effort to get further updates regarding these rewards.
Where are all of the hairstyles?
I've noticed yet again, just like FIFA 23, there are more and more hairstyles missing in Pro Clubs. The devs claim they want us to have customization freedom yet there are multiple hairstyles only available in Career mode. For example, the mullet was not been in Pro Clubs in FIFA 23, and here we are again with it not being in FC 24. However, it's been in the career mode! Why can't we use all of the hairstyles for all of the game modes??
Nothing to play for in Elite Division on pro clubs - WHY?!!
We have just been promoted to Elite Division on EA FC 24 pro clubs and now there is nothing to play for. It says "points required: 0". There is no trophy to win, there is no relegation. We are just stuck in limbo with absolutely nothing to do. Is this some kind of sick joke? RIP Pro Clubs.
Can't find my club on fc24 clubs site
The search on the new site (https://www.ea.com/games/ea-sports-fc/clubs/rankings) isn't working. Instead of actually searching for what was typed, it looks like it's just filtering what is already in the leaderboard table. So, if your club isn't in the top 100, it is impossible to find it and see the stats!Pathetic - Do something @EA
If you post team names here who are cheating you get banned and shamed. There is no way to report teams in game who are cheating, in 2023, in a multi-billion $£€ game. Pathetic! This is nothing short of a disgrace. Just look after current state of the leaderboards in the screenshot below DO SOMETHING @EA
