try to go into the drop in lobby and it says 'there was a problem getting your online information. please try again later'. its been saying this for the entire day. any ideas on what to do?

join any club a public one and then go into a drop ins game it’s worked for me and after the game leave club and it should let you play still hope this helps
Hello… does anyone know how to fix the bug where I can’t go into any matches on pro clubs every time I do it says “there was a problem getting your online information. Please try again”
if anyone knows how to fix it I would appreciate you telling me as I’ve spent 70 pound on a game that just bugs or lets me down everyone year.

Pro Clubs was broken since release lol. This update did nothing to pro clubs.

I have had issues for the last two days trying to play Clubs Drop-In matches. First it was the unable to connect error message followed by (ea.com/unable-to-connect). That site proved uneventful. I've reset my router 4 times, my NAT is open and UPnP is enabled. Maybe there are other people having this issue and I know that EA Servers were a little shifty when the game released, but there are on average 6,000 to 10,000 people playing Drop Ins constantly.
Someone please help.

Error “There was a problem getting your online information” Error
Started playing pro clubs perfectly fine no issues. Two days ago I’m stuck at the drop in screen and when I click to go into a drop in match I’m met with this text box below. It says “There was a problem getting your online information please try again.” I don’t know what’s wrong or why this happened. I can play ultimate team just fine so it has no issues there but when I try to play clubs it doesn’t work.
Does anyone have contacted EA Customer Support about this issue? Is even there a phone number or an email to call or write to these people? I am very frustrated with this. I Preorder, (twenty dollars more) and I cannot play Drops-In. What is the point in paying if I cannot play some modes?
