Madden NFL 23 play now
With the servers going down in 2 weeks, im curious whether the play now feature will be fixed in time for the already in progress achievement. This is a very simple achievement if we are able to select one "live game" to continue from.. And please stop killing games with unobtainable achievements. Id play more EA games if achievements were guaranteed not to be unobtainable before servers go down, but at this point Ive had it and boycotting any further EA games until that guarantee is met.
What we need for Madden 27
What we need from Madden 27: Franchise Mode: Import draft classes from College Football 27 to Madden This is a MUST! And will GUARANTEE huge “PRESALES!” It’s actually quite simple. I understand NFL licensing and college NIL, but if the import draft class college players are computer generated and they have no ties to NIL. After 5 season of college football “27” dynasty mode, ALL of the players on each team’s roster are computer generated. Thus no ties to NIL, thus should be eligible to import into Madden “27.” This one small but huge change is what ALL Madden franchise players want and need! To announce something like this will increase pre sale to possibly record sale. Please consider this one major change. More detailed and more realistic NFL draft After watching this past 2026 NFL draft, in franchise mode we need the draft to resemble real life draft. Please introduce a “Draftcast” during the teams draft pick. The “Draftcast” can possibly show the teams positions of need, last season record, place in division, best available, trade news. During the franchise draft we should be able to see our past draft picks during the draft. When I’m drafting players I sometimes forget which position or player I drafted in the earlier rounds. During our draft selections we should be available to see our past picks along with team needs. This will improve to the franchise mode drafting tremendously, try to make it more realize as far as information given on the screen. (Best available, team needs, draft order etc.) this can be news ticker or “crawl” shown on the bottom of the screen, just a like a real life NFL draft. Also if possible give us more detail information of each prospect, “medical history,” (type of past injuries, how many missed games during college career) “awards,” (Heisman, Doak awards etc) “accolades” (All-SEC or 2nd team Big Ten etc) Free agency during the season, we need to know the player’s career stats and injury history. In real life these are major factors when deciding to add a free agent during the regular season. In Madden 26 during the regular season if I decide to add a free agent I can’t view their career stats or injury history. This is much needed please.Madden 23 play now still not working xbox
This has been a known issue since before the new year and with the servers going down in July there is just a little over a month left to fix this, but yet the EA devs are silent on it just as they are on Madden 26's easiest achievements. Players are growing tired (have been as player counts are declining) of EA and the colossal screw ups when it comes to games and their achievements. Its bad enough when games launch with broken achievements but then factor in all the EA games with unobtainable achievements due to them constantly closing servers down. Its ridiculous and needs to stop. There are many game companies that switch to peer to peer servers once they feel keeping servers open isnt worth the cost and EA is a big enough company that they should be doing the same. With xbox going to an "al a carte" option of gamepass, I know for one, I will be done with EA games and dropping the EA play garbage once I finish Madden 24/25 position achievements. I wont even bother with 26 due to those 2 release day broken achievements. If you want any hope of me ever buying another EA game or paying for EA play, you'll fix the unobtainables and start showing some care and respect for your consumers by not ignoring the issues otherwise here's another wish for you to end up in the near bankruptcy pit that Ubisoft is finding themselves in for ignoring/attacking their consumers. And stop marking forums posts as resolved when the issues are not resolved just so you can ignore them..
Add "the helmet to helmet" penalty
Im just here to put out a statement, no hate needed, just wanna know the communities thoughts on this. I think it would feel more natural if EA themselves would FINALLY add the "helmet to helmet" penalty into Madden and CFB. The way I would have it work is by timing your hit sticks, timing your hit sticks nowadays is very unpredictable, if EA added a circle meter that loads up a hit stick I think it would work pretty well. For example: "Green" meaning you get the opposing team to fumble after laying them out. "Yellow" meaning you landed a weak contact hit, but you didn't force the fumble, but also caused a lil bit of wear and tear on your opponents player. "Red" meaning it would be laying a "helmet to helmet" contact on your opponents player and causing you to get the "helmet to helmet" penalty. Players who play franchise would either like it or hate it, such as for the players who play ultimate team. Again, i'm just here to say what I think would feel more realistic for both communities.Play Now Live not working
Play Now Live on Madden 23 has not been working since at least september 2025 for everyone on every platform, the only thing that happens when you try to use it is an error message saying that the servers are experiencing a high amount of traffic and that it can't process any requests, can you guys please fix Play Now Live before you shut down the online servers on the 13th of july 2026? cross‑platform progression would help a LOT of players, especially people like me who invest time and money and then switch consoles. I shouldn’t feel punished for upgrading or changing systems.Now I have to spend even more money and time trying to get my character back where it was before I switched consoles EA should really consider changing this in the future Im pretty sure I’m the only one who thinks this.
