Dear Electronic Arts Team, I'm writing as a longtime fan of American McGee's Alice and Alice: Madness Returns. I recently revisited Alice: Madness Returns and also spent time looking through the Alice: Asylum concept and Design Bible. It reminded me just how unique this franchise is. Even more than a decade after Madness Returns, there is still nothing quite like Alice in terms of its atmosphere, art direction, psychological storytelling, music, and interpretation of Wonderland. I understand that EA previously decided not to move forward with Alice: Asylum. However, I would genuinely ask EA to reconsider the future of the Alice franchise. What surprised me is how active the interest still is. Discussions about Alice: Asylum continue across Reddit, YouTube, social media and gaming communities, with both longtime fans and completely new players discovering Madness Returns and asking for a third game. With the renewed popularity of dark fantasy, psychological horror and visually distinctive single-player games, I believe Alice could have an audience today that may be even larger than it had when Madness Returns originally released. I'm not submitting a new game idea or asking EA to use any concept of mine. I simply want to add my voice as a customer and fan who would enthusiastically support a return of Alice — whether through Alice: Asylum, a revival of the franchise, or even remasters of the existing games. Alice deserves the opportunity to return to Wonderland. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for preserving such a unique franchise in EA's history. Hoping a mod can help me get this escalated properly. My Xbox gamertag is permanently linked to an EA Account that is registered to my old high school email address. The school decommissioned that mailbox years ago. I want to be clear about one thing up front, because this gets misdiagnosed every single time I ask for help: I CAN receive password resets. They come through to my phone number and to my other email addresses. I have reset the password many times. Resetting is not the problem. The problem is what happens after that. On Xbox, launching an EA game returns "your login credentials have expired," and I still cannot get into the email. When I contact support to get the registered email updated to an address I actually use, I'm put through an identity verification step — and that step has failed three or four times across roughly five phone calls over five years. The question I'm always asked is to name a game I purchased on the account. I answer with games I genuinely bought and played, and I'm told the answer failed verification. I've never been told which detail was wrong or given a way to supply different evidence. For context: this account worked normally for years. I still have physical discs for games I played on it, including Battlefield 1 and Rainbow Six Siege. Then one day it simply stopped working, with no warning and no notice from EA. One more detail that may be relevant: on the Xbox side, my profile appears associated with my current Gmail address, but the EA side still shows the old school address. The two don't match, and I have no way to change the EA side. What I'm asking for: 1. To have the registered email on the EA Account updated to an address I control. 2. To be verified using something other than the name-a-purchased-game question, since that has now failed several times. 3. A case number, so I'm not starting from zero on the next attempt. What I can provide privately: proof that I control the linked Xbox gamertag, the original registered email address, physical game discs in my possession, in-game details from when the account was active, and approximate purchase history from that period. I understand account details can't be discussed publicly. I'm just trying to reach someone who can look at this properly instead of restarting the same verification loop. Five years is a long time to be locked out of games I paid for. Thanks.49Views0likes1CommentSSX (2012) Server Status (Xbox/other)
Hello, I am wanting to inquire about the status of the SSX (2012) servers. I am aware that the game itself was released nearly 1½ decades ago. But nonetheless, it is a game that at least holds value in my heart as a childhood game, but is also a title that is somewhat replayable today. The core issue that I'm wanting to ask about, has been discussed on platforms such as Reddit, where other users are facing the same issues that I am: at least on Xbox servers of the game, score uploads in the Global Events mode do not work at all for Race It or Trick It events. Instead, users obtain the error message along the lines of, "The SSX Server is not available. Please try again." However, Survive It scores seem to upload just fine, and other functions of the game seem to work. Additionally, PlayStation users seem to have a better time of connecting to online features. Based on some things I've read, it seems that the servers only receive bare minimum maintenance now, to keep them online. However, I wonder about the point of this, if some core functions of the game are defunct for users today. If these features were fixed, traffic for the game would likely increase significantly, such as from myself. So what I'd like to ask, is are there any plans to repair the functionality of SSX (2012) servers for console players? Many of us would be grateful for the ability to enjoy older titles in their former glory. Thank you for your consideration, and I hope to hear back soon.27Views0likes0CommentsMissing Progress in Seasons
I am playing in seasons and I am currently in division 2. However, I am playing multiple games where my opponent is intentionally quitting the game after I am taking a huge lead. & I am not getting any credit for the wins. I have had this happen on my promotion game to division 1 and I have had it happen to me when trying to promote or compete for title. This behavior should be unacceptable. & I should not be punished because I am winning. I am asking that someone looks into this and I am hoping the right thing is done, by giving me the credit for the matches I clearly have done well in and should/would have won. I mean some of these forced quits are taking place pass the 80th minute.14Views0likes1CommentAdd College hockey and International teams
Hello EA I would like to talk about the NHL and about the college teams I would like if you would add that feature or added like college football because like in college football who doesn't want to play as their favorite team in college that seems a lot of reasonable like college football and International Teams I think they can all agree we would like a feature to add a competition for International Teams because I like watching the US and Canada and Sweden play internationally but I want to play it on NHL and I think we can all agree we would like to play it as a country in hockey and that is it thank you for your time EA19Views0likes1CommentUnable to "go online" in battlefield V
