we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges. the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info. please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info: Platform What MIssion/Challenge? If Mission, what step in the Mission? Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID - no emails. hey friends, we're trying to indentify commonality amongst crashing issues to get the details over to the studio. but we need your help and some details. platform username (EA ID - even if you're on Steam or console, you have an EA ID on the EA account your Steam or console platform are linked to) where/when are you crashing? (during the EA Anticheat screen - the little coverart box with the loading line at the bottom, in a specific mission, during menu transitions, etc.) system details - the easiest way is to generate a DXDiag. this faq has info on how to generate one, and make sure you attach it to your post so we can review it. please also run a network test and provide your network speeds. a great site to do this is https://speedtest.net.if you're on PC, as a reminder, these are the minimum and recommended specs to play skate.we do have someworkarounds that may help, but these are not guaranteed to fix the issue but definitely some troubleshooting to help isolate where the crashes are occurring. official workarounds/troubleshooting: Ensure drivers are updated (reinstall them using DDU) Ensure Windows is updated. Do not undervolt or change the clock speed of your graphics card. (Revert to default). Ensure that files are not corrupted. Verifying the integrity of the game files through your game launcher. For EA app, go to your library --> click on the 3 dots of skate. --> Repair For Steam, go to your library --> right-click on skate.--> Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files. Open the EA app and sign in first before opening Skate on Steam. Reinstalling anti-cheat manually. Go to "Steam\steamapps\common\Skate__Installer\EAAntiCheat" and run the file. Disable Steam Overlay, disable upscaling and the drop graphics to Low preset (set FPS to 60). Guide Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then try launching again Make sure you’re defaulting to your High-Performance GPU. Run the System File Checker tool. Try putting game into windowed or borderless windowed. Launch the game from Steam, and immediately thereafter open a tab of your preferred web browser while the game loads in the background. *snip* Good evening, I hope the EA Skate team is doing very well. Over the past few days, I have been frequently attempting a mission that requires performing a 1080 at Market Mile. However, despite following tutorials on YouTube and performing the trick exactly as shown by other content creators, as well as trying it in different locations within Market Mile, the mission does not seem to register as completed. On some occasions, after landing the trick, the game shows a notification as if it had been counted. But when I check afterward—especially since this is the last mission I have left for the week—I notice that it is still not marked as completed. I wanted to ask if this is a known issue or if other players have experienced the same problem. Thank you very much for your time and support. (CM: Edited to remove additional language. I get this error on both PS5 and Xbox. I don’t know what else to do. I have tried disabling accounts, no penalty in my account. Have changed usernames. Have changed the internet. Changed internet settings, have deleted the game restarted it, hard restarted it. Cleared caches. Have tried using different accounts, I can play battlefield no issues, Not sure what else to do. It’s become a frustrating situation but for some reason, when I’m playing in a party and then attempt to teleport to wherever my friends are playing, they become invisible, along with everyone else. Now, this is not an every single time occurrence but it’s happening enough that it’s causing irritation when I should be relaxed when hanging out online with my friends.I bought two bundles and still didn’t receive my skate shirts & van shoes.
I basically bought the pack that comes with 3100 San van bucks and the steak or meat outfit and I bought thinking I was getting skate 2-3 shirt and the yellow and black shoes & I really just spent money for the shirts to not receive it on account and I was wondering if there’s a way I could get the shirts on my account & the vans shoes yellow & black ones I paid for it thinking I was going to receiving the stuff into my account and I didn’t I just got the San van bucks and the steak outfit & my name on skate F189036Views0likes0Comments
