Softlock MEGA THREAD
we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges. the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info. please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info: Platform What MIssion/Challenge? If Mission, what step in the Mission? Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID - no emails. Error Code
852146987 this has been an ongoing issue for now 22 days. I have disconnected my account. My Wi-Fi is not an issue. I downloaded the game on a PlayStation and it connects perfectly fine. Has full access to it and you may ask who why not just play it on the PlayStation because I don’t want to. I played the new skate for a total of 30 minutes and it will not let me continue passed the owing the spot quest. I have repeated the quest countless times at this point. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. That didn’t work. I tried to erase my data, cause even if I gotta restart at least I could play the game, but alas still can’t play the gameChallenge goals stuck
I completed everything I can do in the first town. Its say I need to complete 0/70 challenge goals and it try redoing the challenge but it didn't work and i try joining a friend do the challenge goals but its still didn't work and now I just try the new challenge goals and it's still an 0/70 I'm also gaining no achievement I'm on xbox Username SNAKE#6596
Tour 1 Skater eyes
Step 5 climb to the Terrace, when I climb to the terrace I get up to the purple circle and nothing happens. It won’t let me continue. Every time I complete a different challenge it’ll teleport me right back to the beginning telling me to climb to the terrace. And it won’t let me do any other story missions until I complete it, but I literally can’t complete itHaving troubles obtaining your registered documents ??
