@Letrixx is Rao able to hack them whilst they are in stealth mode? I'm not saying this is the solution. It's just something I've never tried and was curious if it's a thing?

@🤭WhiskeyjackOo yes rao can hack while the heli is in stealth and force it via this way out of stealth.
when you are quick you can shoot one anti air rocket after him until he can flare, but it's still possible for the helicopter to escape depending on the distance
