@Proffitt999 If you're using EA Desktop try clearing the Cache. Via help from three lines in top left hand corner.

I will be more specific.  If the update is not downloading on EA Desktop BETA, follow the steps below.

Click 3 Lines top left > Help > App Recovery > Click [ Clear Cache ]
