It does, I've done it a few hours ago
Make sure you are hosting a Full XP server, launch it - wait for the round to start, at this point you should get some of your missing points. Then wait about a minute, maybe capture an objective, and by that time you should have gotten the rest of it
With this, I've managed to get my progression to 440 points (I am Lvl 48 in the pass) - kind of makes me wonder if the 4 instant unlocks are part of the problem, when it comes to the missing points, because those 4 levels are worth exactly the 40 points that are missing.
+1 for bug progression badge and points (sync between current level and points...)
We are pushing this bug since WEEKS now... wtf ?
