COD MW2 releases Sept 16 for early access on Playstation, Sept 18-20, 22-26 for playstation, Xbox and PC (early access starts on the 22nd).
That means that you will have empty for many days during this period, especially outside NA.
On Tuesday, September 27, you will need to bring players back and keep them busy. Release the reworked renewal (as promised to September). AND Put up a Season 2 Exodus rotation (stranded, Kaleidoscope, renewal, exposure + 1 or 2 old maps).
Release the new gadgets and vault weapons. Make it a but harder to unlock them to keep players busy for longer.
Try a new balance change, like a speed boost on tanks turret, remove the limitations/blindspots on Wildcat's turrets, do whatever to make people try it, love it or hate, just to bring it back to how it was before. Then give us some good news, such as what to expect, what information you compiled on classes.
I regularly crash on the Series X playing BF, its literally like like someone pulled the plug from the wall and xbox shuts off.
@champers999When Series X was released to the market for first time, I was a lucky person who could be able to buy one just at launch of it. My misery was all videogames worked perfectly fine but every time I put BTV my new Series X crash and went to the menu in the better cases, and the most of the times it made my series X just turn off and on or just freeze the screen and I had to restart the console with hard reset... Nobody gave me a correct answer for it, all my friends who got series X at same time could play totally fine BTV but me. I put in contact with Microsoft, with EA support, nobody gave me a solution for this, they just said wait for a next update of your console cus is just release to the market... But I couldn't understand because everybody I asked (in Twitter and here) , they didn't have such problem, I was the only person and it was only with this game... Until I found some customers with same problem of freeze, turn off and on console problem with the game assassins creed Valhalla Ubisoft and COD(which were released at same time than the new console) and nobody gave them a solution for it either..
So I decided ask for a refund of my series X to Microsoft and get the money back. I was able to buy another one a month and a half later (lucky me) and I never had again this problem with any game, and it was not a new update from BTV game yet, so at the end I assume it was about some hardware graphics internal problem or something similar from the console itself, that's why I couldn't fix it with my preview series X (cus I did several restart and recoveries before ask for a refund to MS). So I say, probably it is not a game problem, I didn't have this problem with BT2042.
I was so mad and thank God MS could return my money because It was in warranty time (less than 1 month since I bought).

I've not had one crash on my Xbox X in 150+ hours of 2042 game time.
I do remember my Xbox One freezing playing BFV on a fairly regular basis and eventually my Xbox One stopped working altogether and I eventually had a new hard drive installed.
I suspect you have a hardware issue if your console keeps crashing.
Same. I've played 2042 between two Series X consoles, and never had any crashes. But I am using a disc. But I also didn't experience any crashing while I was playing the 10-hour trial during S1, and that was downloaded digitally.

It's not about being a "priority". For example, the Paik specific changes were already ready go but require a client download so we couldn't make them available in last week's Hotfix.
We are still working on the next full game update (2.1), and that will include a wider set of fixes and changes.
