It's not about being a "priority". For example, the Paik specific changes were already ready go but require a client download so we couldn't make them available in last week's Hotfix.
We are still working on the next full game update (2.1), and that will include a wider set of fixes and changes.

- 4 years ago@Straatford87 Sorry I didn't receive an email to say you'd tagged me. I have started a post previously and even tagged the EA staff member that was helping me and I was ignored twice. I've also jumped on other people's posts and contributed there.. but there is no help whatsoever. I appreciate you suggesting going to the technical support forums, but may I suggest any staff member to ACTUALLY read the posts in the technical support and maybe offer some more help or at least get the Dice team to actually investigate it. I have just mentioned this all in the comment above me if you'd like to read that too. So yeah I'm done with the game and franchise. I'll continue to keep an eye out for updates that may resolve it, but I'm literally not holding out any hope for it whatsoever.
