Players are NOT annoyed by the DURATION of the message but the fact that wall hacks are in the game to begin with. So you opted to 'FIX' this by making the message show less frequent or for a shorter duration but keep the time you are spotted the same?
I unfortunately cannot write here what I think about the mindset of someone who thought this to be a good idea. So I simply say it is NOT a good one -- unless you also made sure the that the wallhack duration also got shortened to 0.3s as well (but as this is not how the change is worded I'd say you did just the UI 'fix' and not the actual required nerf to the wallhack itself.
Very basic and easy to fix things are still broken (ADS bug for the SCAR for instance). And many more even more important -- but most likely also harder to fix -- issues like the still not working mouse input. But NO, you fix the duration of some UI element that players actually need to know for how long they are spotted (if you just show that for 0.3s, how should one know if one is still on Paik's visor or not?).

Completely changing Paik's ability would be a bigger change and not something we would just push out via a Hotfix. So right now we looked at what is the feedback we are getting from players on how this ability works, and how we can improve its gameplay. So we changed that.

Honest question, but did you actually read the full Update Notes that also links to last week's Hotfix? Yes, we already shortened the duration of the Spot. It's 0.07s now as we announced last week.

SUPER annoying to get the pop-up AFTER I've been shot and killed EVERY time.
