I dont get the decision made her? Seems like you balanced the wrong things.
The attack helis have never been a big issue in this game and has since early access been out performed by the so called transport heli called Night bird.
Also you nerf the gunner cannon but does not fix the pilot rockets as others have mentioned.
The night bird has not been put in line as most night bird pilots are using mini guns. This balance will not change anything regarding the issues with night birds as the issue is that there are too many of them with almost no respawn time and with the default load out being the best load out as it can deal with both inf (rockets) and air(mini guns).
The best fix for night bird is to do nothing with the night bird itself but move it to attack air vehicle slot so that the team have to choose between jets, attack heli or night bird. Leave transport slot to the hinds and condors as we need more of those for transport and less of night birds farming infs.
Fixing the mini gun for land vehicles also does nothing considering the problem is the 30 mm cannon on jeeps and Bolte and the 40 mm on the hoover craft. As more and more people will unlock those it will become an increasingly problem. No one in their right min would or should prefer using mini gun over 30 mm cannon/40 mm GL on those vehicles.
Good that you do something with PP-29 but you didnt fix that PP29 doesnt have a damage fallout at 5 mm as the other smg's do? Does that mean pp-29 is supposed to do full damage up to 26 m?
However that M5C bolte isnt mentioned with a word as things you want to balance in the first 3 patches says a lot about how you work. I guess you really do just listen to how many complaints you get instead of actually looking at the performance. M5C bolte will be the biggest plague in this game as more people unlock bot the vehicle and the 30mm cannon for gunner and the auto locking rockets for the driver. I have already mentioned it in another post but going 40+ kills before dying with this vehicle is normal. Just wait another week when more people unlocks this and hover crafts will just be a memory in the past as everyone will choose this one instead. Tbh in its current state I'd choose m5C bolte over tanks and wildcats any time and the Bolte is a the same category as jeeps...
