DICE TeamUpdate blows...been enjoying the only decent gun in the game the PP29....now it cant kill a fool 20m away espesh if they lie down as the vert recoil is off its head and bullet spread is attrocious because of the recoil you cant hit ###########
Have you seen the size of these maps? Where as before you could exchange against PC players precision aim or dm7 turbo fire set ups at medium ranges......now its a dogs breakfast!!!! Give us a break ffs...thats what the Pp29 did!!!!!
Secondly the patch NOW puts Aussies/Oceania in US servers with 178 to 188 ping the majority of times. 5 out of last 7 searches
You didnt fix console loadout glitch at all....
Was struggling with game lame weapons at launch, ridiculous vehicle OP, and PC players that was trying to find silver lining/having to play portal for bfbc2 or bf3 guns.......the PP29 was only decent gun in 2042 Conquest & started to actually enjoy it/loving the game putting in the hours as had an all-round weapon/gun
....now thinking i want a refund

As stated pre update its no more effective range than the BF3 M4A1 or BF4 ACE 23 carbine yet the maps, player and vehicle counts are significantly larger -
Buff the other guns yes,, the assault rifles play better but now the pp29 cant even take an enemy out within the range of a flag cap space and not behind cover within half that
It was a fun allround gun, that gave us console muggleboxers a chance against rapid fire dm7s, kbm players.....its not more fun/its frustrating to find something that works in this game to have it snatched away. There was nothing cheap about it, just effective....id take the old guns and ranges and recoil over it but i dont wanna play portal......its not a laser or OP why break something that works?
As for realism talk/guff some have been saying...hang on its 2042.....its not like DICE didnt take a creative stance with WW1 weapons for game play benefits in the past. In fact the semi autos sebstlader 1916 played better in ttk and btk than the AK42 and DM7 yet theres 130yrs between them.
Just move it into the AR class so purists dont get their knickers in a knot if that makes ya feel better? In a game full of noob aids like detection suits, motion balls, scans etc its the least of ya problems.
The game was half playable even with the 90% deaths from vehicles - sitting at 63% on metacritic why the hell would you take the only thing that works out of the game....BONKERS!!!
