Dear Sirs,

thats a statement:

"That means our teams will take a break towards the end of this month and return in the new year with fresh eyes ready to go on the road to Season One."

While i paid for early access not able to play, You go on holiday.

Only in the B2C domain unprofessional behavior like that is possible.

In a B2B context You would be stomped.

That is EA DICE as it is known for years and i am the idiot giving my money to You again.

Just my fault.
