Since update 3 and 3.1 Battlefield 2042 has been unplayable, I have been unable to connect to the game, I have the ultimate Steam version. I have wiped and did a new install of windows, new install of steam, orgin, and battlefield and I receive the error Failed to Connect 🏈. I have an i7, GeForce 3080, 32Gb ram, windows 10. I did not have this issue before update 3.
I got the same thing same error update video drivers changed admin setting turned off anti virus. Game worked before the update. I do have my game files on a separate drive from the origin app. But the game worked before unless EA changed something in the update. Good Luck
I just got off chat with EA this is a known issue they are working on it to fix. So it is not your game something they did when the patch happened. I have a ticket in they will notify me when fixed.
yeah, same with me, they're not going to do anything until next year LOL, fun times
