The game is dead in the Middle East. We can barely find a Conquest Large match. We never ever played things like Rush, Breakthrough 64, and Conquest 64. The only thing that can fix this is the addition of a server browser. Our ping in ME servers is roughly the same as Europe servers. So, why stick with ME servers then?
On the subject of Scoreboard: Make it two-column, remove the clutter on the left side, add death counter, add ping, add player ranks.
On the subject of this update: The patch note for an update after 1.5 months is very thin, and the fact that you announced the next patch is coming in mid to late February only makes things worse.
On the subject of Portal: Just enable full XP and remove all XP from killing BOTs. It's not that hard
Our community has supported Battlefield since 2003. Personally myself I own every Battlefield and always gotten the ultimate edition except for hardline (can check my origin account), This is the first time I feel like getting a refund.
1st thing - I get these fixes are needed but I’m not playing 2042 until the game becomes more enjoyable than BFV.
2nd thing - I’m not buying another Battlefield until you can show that you really listen to the community, we don’t care for specs ops in AOW, create a 2nd AOW using front line regular solders and then people can choose (like choosing more vehicle maps or INF maps in CQ for BFV). You can see the list of changes the community wants, work on this list, I don’t care if it will take a year I’m willing to wait just tell us you will do this and set reasonable dates and try your best to meet them.
Why would I invest any more time and money into this series when you clearly are making this game for kids who enjoy apex, if you can’t fix this one the way we want except low sales on your next title we won’t be fooled again by good trailers and lies.

Forget about it. They will not release any road map of fixing bugs based on the published list of them confirmed bugs.
There are thousands of bugs, which could take long time. They are only calculating now, how much $$ they earned until now and how many developers do will they need to fix these bugs to make players happy. And at the end they will find that it's not cash effective.
They will release few patches until Summer, as it happened to BF5 and after that as many people are not playing during Summer and also developers want to rest , then they will announce of not supporting BF2042 anymore.
Will you have dejá vu? Probably yes.
The m5 bugged advancement problem has been around since November and still no fix in the patch.
I am a BF player since the beginning, 1942 and every BF after that apart from 2142 (had a new baby). The game and the studio have lost their way. You need to be like NVIIDIA and get some players on the board/development board.
Secondly there is so much missing in this game, including weapons like mortars and tough armour
If you like Call of Duty so much, go purchase Call of Duty but ensure that Battlefield develops but stays true to the core principals.
This latest patch has added instability to the game. The game has crashed 3 times this morning, simply game freezes and closes itself and back to Origin client. I have to question whether any substantial QA was applied before deploying the patch.
