I installed update 3.2 and now all I get is a blank black-screen in a windows container...UGH!  

Note:  I have completed all the troubleshooting avenues (re-install: game, graphics drivers, portal client, clear cache, reinstall easy anti-cheat client, etc) known to man. Alas, nothing worked!
