I have the same after latest hotfix from Tuesday (??) - the game performance got so much worse.... DICE, c'mon? That hotfix was supposed to fix "stability issues" but again it broke more than fixed....

@BenyGi I personally haven't seen any change in performance, still about the same here. The hot fix does appear to have resolved the 128p servers crashing games though. You may need to clear your settings and/or the cache. You can rename the "Battlefield 2042" folder in C:\Users\<username>\Documents (e.g name it to Battlefield 2042 Old"), and relaunch the game. You'll need to reconfigure your settings. If it works then delete this old folder.
- BenyGi4 years agoNew Traveler@JarskyPlays Yes, thank you 🙂 I didn't have to play around with the files etc. But I found out that somehow raytracing activated by itself in the options....(I am 200% sure I haven't done that by myself). Anyway, all good here 🙂 That doesn't change the fact there are other issues with hit reg and - which is the most frustrating to me - ADS bug when leaving a vehicle :/
