Battlefield 2042 - Update #3.3

It's becoming increasingly difficult to square the statements about committing to working on the game, taking feedback to heart, with the paucity of actual changes in this patch.

With no active window into development, all we see actually done is a tiny handful of relatively non critical fixes, and a scoreboard that isn't scheduled to be fully functional until the next patch. 

On these fora, there have been repeated discussions regarding the problems that solely relying on match making, rather than they hybrid mm/server browser of previous games, have created.

Thus far, I cant think of a single Dice response even acknowledging the concerns, let alone offering any solution or mitigation.

There have been multiple mentions of how the severely reduced squad system has driven some players away, as it caps the number of friend you can play with to four in total.

Again, no acknowledgment or response.

At some point, I really want to from Dice a sense of actually being heard.

Vague statements about taking feedback into account, while carefully avoiding specifying what that will mean in terms of changes, isn't cutting it.

If Dice think their current approach to fixing the game is working, I'm afraid they may be horribly wrong. The slow and uncommunicative approach is going to do nothing to stem the bleed of players.

It's way past time for Dice to show us some enthusiasm, to try and exceed our expectations rather than promising to ascertain them eventually and maybe meet some of them.
