DICE TeamDICE is no more.
Many OG devs left before the game development, during it, and especially after the game launched.
The new folks are clearly incompetent. They totally lost it there, they have just no knowledge and/or competence on how to make a BF game we all love. Their internal communication is non-existent, and the work atmosphere is very bad. They are all lost, confused and disatisfied. The higher ups are totally disconnected and totally don't care anymore since they knew long before the launch that this is not going to work. What's left is what we got - a half-done, broken game with a plan to put out 4 seasons for which they are legally obligated to release BUT that is with minimum as possible effort and economic loss.
Only what's left of DICE is their name.
This whole project is so bad and out of control that I started to get some conspiracy theories like: Maybe the OG devs were so dissatisfied in every possible aspect on how EA treated them, so they did this all intentionally, in some way, directly or indirectly, and just left after.
I don't know and probably never will know if that's the case but the situation with this franchise and the studios is obviously very bad.
