Does DICE even want to interact with the community? I get it, things are rough and the community is unhappy. But the solution is to start communicating and engaging while the team is working on the game to attempt to keep what little is left of the community engaged and optimistic for the future.
Since right now there continues to be no reason to feel any optimism for the future or that S1 will have any chance of success.
@edgecrusherO0This is the engagement. CM's get sent and collect info on what they can communicate. They have likely developed guidelines and what they can/should share and how (since the slip ups earlier with the Brutal memes). @Straatford87 made this transparent when they described the process of only communicating what was confirmed, and apologised if that meant there was less to communicate. I understand both sides of the coin here but after so long of waiting for news on what is confirmed I needed to hear and be assured that work is still in progress. Yes it can't all be statements that "the wheels are in motion" but the reality is the tempo of support at the moment is not fitting into the industry standard of weekly live service updates so they won't always have anything new to share with us.

I am just curious if they are only working off the "known issues list" because if that's all that is fixed, then there won't be very many bug fixed.
If there are more bugs being addressed, what is the point of the known issues list if you are not updating it with bugs you are attempting to resolve?
You can't have it both ways.
Just because you can't share because fixes may slip to a later update, then why not post ALL of them in the known issues list?
Inquiring minds would like to know, per source.

@AdamonicIt's because they don't care.

@AdamonicAgree! Would be great to see an update to the known issues page. @T0TALfps @Straatford87 please take 5 minutes to copy and paste the list I'm sure you have somewhere into a follow up on the known issues post. It would help the community feel heard and give us hope that these often game breaking issues will be at the very least seen. If you don't have a list here is one and here is another from back in November.
