The quick fix for the left/right mouse issue is to delete your game profile in the 2042 folder. You can Google to see the exact line to delete if you want to keep all your other settings. It’s a weird bug!

@ATFGunrA buddy posted this in the ATF Clan Enjin forums:

Head to Documents on Windows
Find ‘Battlefield 2042’ and open it
Select the ‘Settings’ folder
Open ‘PROFSAVE_Profile’ with notepad
Find ‘GstKeyBinding.infantry.ConceptYaw’
Delete all of the lines and save file

then restart and it worked.
