A few notes I had from the update.
1. Sundance: she needs better tracking for her cosmetic. Right now it feels like it’s not tracking assists but only kills. The scatter grenade seems to be slightly bugged after the update to the point of almost being unable to damage enemies (it’s not tracking grenade bounce.) Maybe speed up the anti-armor grenade? Right now it preferentially targets Helicopters and planes but isn’t fast enough to actually reach these targets which makes these grenades basically useless. Maybe also add a UI element to show what the grenade is going to lock onto?
2. NTW-50: this comes off as a dedicated anti-material rifle, so it really should be doing massive damage to vehicles. With this update it takes almost 2 full magazines to destroy a tank which just adds to how overpowered tanks/vehicles feel right now. Feels like the damage is good when you hit infantry, but needs to be toned up a bit on vehicles. I’d imagine 1 full magazine of shots on a tank would be a good balance.
3. Tanks: These need a nerf and a half. There are currently no good methods of taking down a tank. The recoil less does next to nothing with such a long reload time and requiring at least 4 shots to take a tank down when you only spawn with 3 rockets. A good way to deal with the tank issue would be to drop its armor by about 25-40% and increase the splash damage radius of their shells. Right now they are just too much with nothing to deal with them and they spawn waaaaaayyyyy too fast.
4. grenade launcher: this attachment needs a few fixes. First it would be nice to be able to get grenades back from ammo crates instead of needing to reset your load out with a load out crate. If you try to fire a grenade through the fire suppression systems on a building the grenade registers it as a wall and detonated as soon as it hits the mist (observed with incendiary grenades.) The incendiary grenade does almost nothing. It only damages a target while it’s in the fire and as soon as you step out damage stops which makes it almost useless compared to other options. Maybe add a DoT effect to the fire so you continue taking damage after getting out of the fire?
5. More weapons added would be a very welcome addition.
6. PP range is still too much for an smg. No smg would be able to laser someone from 50m away.
7. Don’t allow airdrops on stationary targets of the same team. There are a few trolls doing some team killing by using the airdrop feature to drop a tank or load out box on top of someone.
These fixes would go a super far way to improving the games quality.
- 4 years ago@Precise1300 Dude, the vehicles are farming infantry as it is. I alone cant kill a bolt or bigger alone with CG, and i can not shoot down a chopper with the stinger cause they just flare and fly out of range. There is a reason why tanks, bolts, planes and choppers are taken emediatly every round and it sure as * is not because they are UP.
