- Reduced the amount of healing per second the Repair Tool replenishes by 15%
Does this mean that the T1 requirement will be reduced by the same amount?

@Trokey66*the devs scramble as they didn’t think of this…
😂I wish. The devs have proven time and time again they have zero concern regarding assignment/mastery criteria being adjusted after they make significant changes to the game.
This isn't doing them any favors either. It results in players (myself included) scrambling to complete a T1 mastery grind before DICE make inevitable nerfs, or wait to complete until after an expected buff. This results in a constant weapon/specialist/gadget imbalance on the battlefield and leads to DICE making adjustments from telemetry which isn't necessarily indicitave of normalized gameplay. Then that change results in players shifting en masse because of it, and DICE ends up adjusting again and screwing up balance in another area.
Not adjusting the masteries to resepect the weapon/gadget balance changes creates additional churn for DICE to try and balance around and it becomes a feedback loop.

If they didn't figure out how to change the amount of damage needed for Boris's sentry I wouldn't bank on that one either.
