DICE TeamHmm - as I see this chopper wise a buff and no nerf. Nightbird / little bird is still way way too powerfull. Good players fear nothing in this little one. Guns dont heat up (takes forever) and flares unlimited and recharge way too fast. Normal rounds on Nightbird = no damage :-). Rest of choppers are ok. LMG salvo on little bird - ha ha ha he just laughs at you. 29-3 is not uncommon for that chopper. Not sure - but lately when you get stinger lock they dont launch flares anymore - not until you launch - that makes me wonder - do they get one tone for lock and another one for actual missile launch ? Stealth chopper still have stealth mode and flares and switch mode instantly. So infantry wise - stingers and javelins are a joke - only rpg and recoils is of use and now the nerf those.
So in stead of nerf the Nightbird / stealth chopper - they now buff attack chopper to match - nice one !
Would like to see stationary AA guns like in previous BF titles. And now all the chopper pilots scream - we are constantly getting shot at - singers, Lis missiles and what else.... stil that little Nightbird still owns map with massive K/D so it cannot be that bad !
But lets see how it all turns out !

Yes, but this is not as of lately but has been as such for as long as I've been playing and probably from start. The beeping and on screen notifications differ between lock on and actual incoming missiile.
And this is not specific for the Nightbird but for other choppers and planes as well. Probably most players that fly the jets and heli's know this by now which make it seem that this was changed.
