My download has been preparing for the last 2 1/2 hours. I wanted to play 21/2 hours ago. I have no idea when I;ll be able to play...

Had the same,.restarting the EA app immediately started updating so repaired the preparing loop

    Thanks @SorryDeanEyeBrow. I'm not the only one then. I'm never sure if I'm sat staring tat the progress bar like a mug! In the end only had to wait another 10 mins.
    @Dutchie-Mario - how did you do that? (repair)
