Season 1 had already left me with a sour after the launch delay of the game even after I bought the expensive Phantom Edition. Season 2 has left me never wanting to buy another product from the EA platform ever again. After the delay at launch, players who were effected by the delay and bought the phantom edition were promised both the 2x tokens and season 2 pass. When I didnt receive the pass at season 2, I thought it must have been a mistake and contacted customer support. Their response was enraging. Below is the post on Oct 10 from EA about the compensation and my discussion with customer support saying that since I received the 2x tokens, I would not be eligible to receive the season 2 pass; however, I should have received both. The phrase "in addition" signals that something extra is being said in relation to a previous statement.
