Community ManagerI bought Battlefield 6 back in November and have a very new, very capable computer. At my home it always crashes and gives the same error code, but it will run at other locations. I've been using chatgpt to troubleshoot my issues and I actually ran the game at my friend's house last night and a different location, but I can't connect with any EA customer support to correct the issue. I don't know what the hell is going on, but it might have something to do with my steam and my ea account. It's pretty frustrating not being able to contact anyone to be able to play a game that I paid for. Is there any customer service number or email address?
