These are not the notes of developers, but the notes of incompetent managers who hide behind it. These managers have almost killed the game and successfully continue to finish off. Managers, stop nerfing everything. You've already nerfed Boris to the point of uselessness. It is better to remove the meaningless annoying effect of the tornado and stop producing new useless objects.
