please please help.  I would love to play and feel  I am losing my money with no visible help for my problem and know others are having the same problem.  When will the problem with the hashtags being put into the chat box instead of the actual chat.  You need to be able to chat with your team mates in some games,  How do I solve this (with your help) PLEASE
