How to use EA Forums

Could someone please help me get my pogo account back.  I have been trying for a week and cannot get any assistance.  The AI assistance is useless.

I shouldn't need a tutorial to use a forum website, this is not a new thing. Geez. Make it sensible and you won't need to jump through all the hoops. For instance, it's a MESS and not organized into any semblance of order. Start there.

I chose to use my little free time i have to help some peeps in this community. I tried to post a reply for 2h and then i just gave up. Not worth spending my "me time" like that if it doesn't get anywhere.

I have been trying to link my account to xbox but someone else has allready that. I have tried to contact ea but anything i have put into the "search for game or product" did not work. I need help to fix this issue please.

I'm madden 26 superstar mode my WR and HB builds both broke and combined. It took my HB off its team and moved it to the beginning of superstar again. And my WR which was on the Ravens got switched over to the Bengals where my HB was. And it forces me to play HB on my WR build. Also the sphere of influence still has the ravens characters up there and it says I'm a WR for the ravens but in game I'm a HB for the Bengals?
