EA SPORTS FC™ 26 | Title Update v1.5.3

EA SPORTS FC 26 version 1.5.3 is dropping soon for all platforms and includes the updates below.

Gameplay

Addressed the following issues:

  • Goalkeepers will now kick the ball out of play if a player excessively wastes time by passing back to them over and over again.
    • This change is to address rare scenarios that are inauthentic to football and does not impact a typical backpass.

Ultimate Team

Addressed the following issues:

  • Some kits and badges were not searchable in the transfer market.
  • Some Player Celebration animation previews did not display when selected.

Career Mode

Made the following changes:

  • Added a missing separator in European competition standings, making it easier to see which teams advance to playoffs.
  • In Career Mode, when applying for a job, it now automatically adds the team to your watchlist.
  • Added labels next to team crests in challenge descriptions to clearly differentiate men's and women's teams.
  • Added a clearer description on the challenge completion UI to explain how saves and career progress work after completion.
  • Managers with low job security at season's end are now upgraded to Okay.

Addressed the following issues:

  • Sometimes, Managers were incorrectly assigned to a different team when selecting Icons & Heroes in career creation.
  • In the Manager Career, ICON players could have requested low wages during contract negotiations.
  • In some cases, a League-winning team was placed in the incorrect European League.
  • Addressed instances of incorrect or overlapping text.

General, Audio, and Visual

Made the following changes:

  • Updated some names, overlays, kits, sponsors, crests, banners, scarves, flags, logos, hair, boots, star heads, ad boards.

Addressed the following issues:

  • Addressed various stability issues that could have occurred.

    Six months ago, I reported that skill points were not resetting properly.
    I investigated and reported the number of skill points that should be returned at each level upon resetting.
    You contacted me to say that you had reported this issue to the development team and that you would let me know if there were any updates.
    How much longer do I have to wait for a feature that the game claims to offer to actually work properly?
    Is it the next update? Or perhaps the upcoming FC27?

    I tested it with a newly created character, and the bug was still there.
    It seems that nothing has improved with this update, either.

    Clubs Rush Live Event still not working or giving me my rewards for winning the event, this is now a new tournament as well but the same thing is still happening that I reported in the last tournament, last week, yet still nothing is being done about it by EA, what is going on with this game ? I'm currently 16000 coins out of pocket & 2 axp multipliers from the end of the Triple Double cup, now I'm out of pocket again from this new tournament, having also won that, communication with me is zero !! Why ? Bug reports filled out, technical issues report filled out, posts on twitter at the EA direct account & still nothing , absolutely nothing from you.

    And using irreal skills during all the match is authentic football. Scoring by only rushing on one side  into backward pass and defenders and keeper watch the ball goes to the striker and score is authentic too.

    Players with 850 in speed that are slower than player with 25 in speed is authentic...

    You guys still haven't added back the ability to visually disable the Player Performance Widget bug in Clubs. How hard is it honestly to do this considering it was available in the last two titles? Worst of all, not once have any of you acknowledged me on the forum. I've tagged you several times. You don't even have the decency to say, "hey, yes we are aware of the problem and we've passed it along to the dev team".

    Clubs Rush Live Event not registering wins or giving objective rewards on PS5.

    I have won the Live event (Triple Double cup) 3 times now but it says in the objectives I haven't won it & I haven't received the rewards either.

    The objectives are not updating, (Get 15 Assists) Still on zero, complete 25 Tackles & score 30 goals not updating either. (Stuck on 7 for both) & the Win 20 games objective also not working, stuck on 1.

    Have you fixed the bug that causes the skill reset for player careers to malfunction?
    It still seems to be glitching in older save files.
