If you are looking to appeal a ban or suspension, our Terms of Service team can take a look into things for you. Follow the steps below to learn how to connect with them for help with your ban or suspension.
How to Submit a Ban/Suspension Appeal:
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
What happens next:
Your case will be sent through to our Terms of Service team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
