Error, didn't receive the reward.
Did not receive Japan Nation’s Story prize I correctly answered all five questions, but did not receive the reward — a Japan Pack. I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, but the rewards chart still will not update to reflect my 100% completion. Error happened somewhere around 09:20 Am, IST. It was a third day reward with a pack of ovr 109-115, and yes i did complete all three days quiz with 100% accuracy. But i still didn't receive the reward. The new week of Record Breakers was released & I see week-2 players in all Record Breakers packs except the Record Breakers Daily Bundle (3000 gems) pack. This is clearly a bug & fix it ASAP because this wil affect all players including me. A compensation gift for everyone once the big is fixed is appreciated. My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty.EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history. Freezing
Hi I've been fc mobile since 2020 and most of the time I get the same problem with freezing I just want to know why when the same shows my network is bad in H2H my game freeze and the opponent gets to play on and score but when my opponents network is bad and his game freeze mine also stands still till he's/her network is stable again this is unfair the other thing also something when im near goal the game freeze and continue when the person im playing against score if im in the middle of the field the game would play okay but as soon as I'm near his/her goal to score a goal my game freeze how is this possible but when their games freeze mine also freeze then I have to wait till their network is stable but when my network is not stable mine freeze but they get to play on and score .3Views0likes0Comments- 9Views0likes0Comments
League chat bug
So recently whenever I try to send any message in my league the whole text just becomes a bunch of "#" idk why. At first I thought it might be due to any bad words but later I realised not only bad words but also each word I said we're turning into "#". So I contacted the ea support and had a great conversation with them. So as per their suggestions I am posting this bug here to see if anyone else has same bug too or not.
