تفاجأت مؤخرًا بحظر حسابي في لعبة FIFA Mobile بدون سابق إنذار أو توضيح واضح للأسباب، رغم التزامي التام بجميع قوانين وشروط الاستخدام الخاصة بشركة EA Sports. حيث ظهرت لي رسالة تفيد بتعليق الحساب مؤقتًا، دون تحديد مخالفة واضحة أو إجراء قمت به يستدعي هذا الحظر. لقد كنت أستخدم الحساب بشكل طبيعي، ولم أقم باستخدام أي برامج غش أو أدوات خارجية، كما لم أشارك الحساب مع أي شخص آخر، ولم أستعمل VPN أو أي وسيلة قد تؤثر على نظام اللعبة. كل أنشطتي داخل اللعبة كانت قانونية وضمن الإطار المسموح به. يمثل هذا الحظر مشكلة كبيرة لي، خاصة وأنني قضيت وقتًا وجهدًا كبيرين في بناء فريقي والتقدم في اللعبة، إضافة إلى ارتباط الحساب بمشتريات داخل اللعبة. لذلك أرى أن هذا الإجراء قد يكون ناتجًا عن خطأ تقني أو اشتباه غير دقيق من نظام الحماية. أطالب إدارة EA Sports بمراجعة حسابي مرة أخرى والتأكد من سلامته، ورفع الحظر في حال ثبوت عدم وجود أي مخالفة. كما آمل توضيح سبب الحظر بشكل شفاف لتجنب تكرار هذه المشكلة مستقبلًا. في الختام، أؤكد احترامي الكامل لقوانين اللعبة، وأتمنى حل هذه المشكلة في أقرب وقت ممكن، لما لذلك من أثر إيجابي على تجربة اللاعبين وثقتهم بالشركة.0Views0likes0Commentssuspended ea account

FC MOBILE ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
My issue began on 16 December 2025 at around 10:20 AM IST, when my FC Mobile account was suddenly suspended while I was actively playing and had just progressed to FC Champion. Since then, I have been unable to access my account, even though the game logs in successfully but blocks all gameplay and redemptions. I immediately raised Case ID 232528952, followed all troubleshooting steps suggested (cache clear, restart, reinstall), and submitted all required details. However, even after 48+ hours, the suspension remains active. What concerns me most is that my EA Penalty History shows “No history,” which suggests no active violations, yet my account is still restricted. I have also noticed that several other users who faced similar suspensions around the same time have already had their bans lifted. With the new season and events now live, I am missing important rewards despite having invested significant time and effort into this account. Hi, EA sports. I want to report a bug. Went it was a new season for guild, it will give me some awards, guild coin. But , when I start before that time, it restart my score(actually is score 9000+).
