How To Recover Your Lost FC Mobile Account

Here are a few simple steps to help you restore your game progress and get back to scoring those goals.
1. The Magic of Linking: First things first—did you ever link your account to your EA Account, Google Play, your Apple Account, Game Center, or Facebook? If yes, fantastic!!! Your game progress should be safely tucked away. Simply sign back into the linked account (whichever one you backed up your game too), and voilà—your game progress should be restored!
2. No Link? No Worries! If you didn’t link your account, don’t panic just yet. You can try these two steps to see if you can get back into your game:
- Check for app updates and install any that are available.
- Restart your device.
3. Reach out to our Support Team: If all else fails, it's time to get in touch with our support team directly with your User ID. They’re ready to assist you and they will do their best to get you back in the game.
⛔ Unfortunately, without the User ID, they might not be able to find your account and help. So it’s important to always keep a copy of your User ID jotted down somewhere safe, just in case.
