WHAT ARE FC MOBILE CODES
An FC Mobile code is a single-use code that can be redeemed through a web browser at redeem.fcm.ea.com for in-game content like Gems, Coins, or Packs!
HOW AND WHERE CAN I GET A CODE
FC Mobile codes can come from a variety of sources! They can be shared through our FC Mobile LIVE livestreams on Youtube and Twitch, social media accounts, in-game messages, or through e-mail promotions.

HOW CAN I REDEEM A CODE?
1) Go to the FC Mobile Code Redemption page from web or mobile.
2) Log in with your EA Account linked to FC Mobile.
If you don’t yet have an EA Account, you’ll be able to create a new one directly through the web browser or in the FC Mobile game. Be sure to also link your the same EA Account to your FC Mobile account in the in-game Settings in order to receive your rewards. For more information on how to link your account, follow this guide.
3) After you’ve signed in with your linked EA Account, enter the valid code, complete the reCaptcha, and hit “REDEEM”.
4) Check your in-game inbox for your reward after getting the successful message. Please note it may take up to a few minutes for the rewards to be visible.
MY CODE DOESN’T WORK! WHAT DO I DO?
If you’re having issues, contact in-game support or visit EA Help.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- Each redemption code can only be used once.
- Pay attention to the redemption conditions and validity period. A code cannot be redeemed after it expires.
- Make sure you are signed into the same EA Account on the website that is linked in the FC Mobile game in order to recieve your rewards.
