Easy Step-by-step guide for your mobile (iOS and Android)

Follow each step and check them off as you go until your problem is fixed.

Back up your game before trying to uninstall and reinstall it. If your game isn’t saved when you uninstall it, you could lose all the game data on your account. Link your game account  to avoid losing game progress. If you’re playing on a Guest account—not logged in to either an EA Account, Facebook, or Google Play—you can lose your game data if you uninstall and reinstall your app.

    i play rivals for the rewards on thursday, my only free day of the week is today. I play and play and every game i DC. I have a decent computer, i pay good money for my internet every month, no other game online do i DC for bad connection. Ive seen other people here with the same problem and no official report from EA. Im getting really tired of this and i will, if not fixed talk to my lawyer about potentially suing EA. I have not put down a full day of work worth of money into a game that is more bipolar than kanye west. FIX IT NOW, AND PEOPLE MAKE SURE THE STREAMERS TALK ABOUT ALL OF THIS ITS UNACCEPTABLE.
